Ever tried to boot up a game released in the last five years on your brand-new (alas, integrated graphics card) laptop and realized HOW MUCH INTEL'S BLOODY DRIVERS SUCK?! Settings minimized: ten frames per second. TEN FRAMES PER SECOND. Shared memory or not, that is frankly unacceptable. Looking for new drivers now.

I find that drivers in general are totally #####ing annoying. There's a reason I will never get sound back on my tower PC upstairs, and it's the fact that trying to fix the drivers has given me multiple headaches ON TOP of each other. I hate when someone should be easy is so #####ing completely back asswards and frustrating.

Anyway, today my friend Robbie and I hung out with our friend Giuseppe (aka Joey) we hadn't seen like all year and went to The Works--a burger restaurant with c-c-c-crazy recipes (Like one that is a poutine IN a burger! And one with Kraft Dinner and ones with peanut butter and the list goes on and on) that all delicious--and then went to see The Incredible Hulk afterwards.

I drove. It was bunch of driving but not a whole lot. Drove to Robbie's to get him (but he's close), drove across the entire city to Joey's, drove back over here to resto and then to the movies, then back across the cirty to drop Joey off, and then back over here to drop off Rob and come home. Not a whole lot since I like to drive and tend to do all the driving if I can on road trips, but whatever I'm still pooped.

I woke up after having... a MMM-related dream. Sorta.

In the dream, this girl said she wanted to go out with me, but I had to wear a tuxedo, necktie, and other sorts of things that I don't have nor able to buy.

Apparently, JohnCarllos moved to Florida and came over to my house at the time. He said he'd be willing to drive me to the mall or rental to find whatever I need. So, John drove and I was in the backseat. In the dream, it was about 7:40 PM and it was becoming pretty dark and...

... John falls asleep at the wheel. He was flat knocked-out cold. I LITERALLY became a backseat driver.

Somehow, I managed to drive to the mall and drag John into the backseat, sleeping like a baby. I walk in and JCPenny's (being about the size of a Gamestop), had nothing I was looking for. I asked the clerk for help and told him my problem. He made a crack about suits and I laughed. He actually managed to find what I was looking for.

... and I woke up.

Played a little bit more MGS3, and now I've got to go to work again in a few minutes.

Weird.

I've been out for a month.

My friend had a bad idea today and I went along with it. Long story short, Facebook now claims I'm in a relationship with my right hand.

Also, I went over girlIwenttopromwith's house today. We watched Hot Fuzz and some Arrested Development.
She neglected to tell me that A) her parents weren't home and B) she was grounded on top of that.
It almost turned into some sort of bad teen-comedy movie when we heard the garage door open and I hid in the pantry.
It was her sister, so all was good, but I left shortly after.

For whatever reason, Euro 2008 hasn't interested me at all. I'm always into World Cup more than anything else, but sometimes like the Euro competitions but this year not so much. Probably because I've been more involved in basketball than ever.

So, I just went for a 15 mile bike ride to the town down the river and back.
On the way, I bought a propel.
Once I got there I stopped at a supermarket and bought a peach (they were cheap) and an Aquafina 'hydrate' that was orange lime flavored. Very artificial and aspartame-y but delicious anyways. I'll get more in the future.

There is a thing called the 'Rail Trail' that takes you the for the full distance, with a bit through a town for about half a mile which slows ya down. Anyways, the way there, some dude in his 30's I'd guess started about the same time as me, and we raced from a quarter of a way into it to the end, it was craazy. Once we reached the end, he went on his way and that's when I stopped for the peach+water.
Turning around, I needed some sort of challenge for the rest of the way.
I rode about 7 miles back with no hands, save for when I had to come to a complete stop and on a few turns across the railroad tracks. The last 2 miles were a solid no hands, with my arms crossed.
My ass is killing me.

Today was my first day off of school(legitimately) and I woke up with some intense hunger. Yesterday I worked on my arms at the YMCA(not gay), and when I woke up it all kicked in. I'm just finishing up my dinner, which is about 4 pork steaks. I'm eating so much meat lately.

Hung out with girlIwenttopromwith again in the morning and watched more movies.
She was looking through my "favorite videos" on Youtube and saw Jake's "Kung-Fu Car Driver" video and then used my phone to text him and flirt and whatnot.

Immediately after I left her, I met up with the guys and we played basketball for most of the day, then went to California Pizza Kitchen, then back to my house and we sat around and chilled. Then we decided to take a walk around my neighborhood, because we did that in the winter. So, we took the same trail, but it was much harder because ALL the bushes and grass was grown in.

We went to the same super-steep hill as in the winter and it was literally like a forest compared to the dead, barren hill that we were once able to see from all the way down the road. We climbed it and whatnot. We went down the other side which leads into girlIwenttopromwith's neighborhood, and we paid her a visit and then walked back.

We chilled some more.

Then they left and now I feel relaxed. I like taking long walks.

Just got back from work. I had to get THE customer who had a very precise order with complicated junk and requests that Wendy's can't actually do. I wanted to put a bullet in her/my head.

In a nutshell, I want a sandwich, substitute the cheese with swiss, Jalepenos and cheese sauce on it, onions. Everything else put on the side, including mustard. I want three Jr. Bacons Cheeseburgers., one of them plain. Wait, make two of them plain. Make the other one extra bacon. Make sure all of the bacon is extra crispy. I want four kids meals. Wait, no, three. No wait, five. Nevermind, make it four again. All cheeseburgers, chili as the side. I know that's not an option for kid's meals but I want it anyway, and there's a line behind me and I'm not budging. Also, everytime you make a drink, I want to see you do a backflip, etc etc.

I had a very annoying day.

I did my Math Exam. Everyone's surprised that I'm actually going to do the exams when I could be exempt from them because of my pneumonia.

Did them and hung out with my best friend today. I mentioned about him owning money because of Grey's Anatomy on another thread, so I'm not going to repeat it. He's not willing to pay me back despite the fact that he requested it and that he was going to pay all that money in the first place.

I bought it for him as a favour, not as a gift. Jeez...

And then me made me play Brawl all day. And I got bored but didn't want me to stop...

And then he left. And then I helped my dad set up the new water tank for two hours because our old one burst (last night, I hadn't taken a shower today because we had no hot water at the time). And then he came back and we played MORE Brawl.

I'm annoyed at the fact that he's not willing to pay me back and because of Brawl... I had little time to myself today.

I'm tired right now and I want to go to bed but I still got another exam to study for... -.-

The only problem with any of that is that he bought Grey's Anatomy.

He.

I can tolerate the show, it isn't bad by any means, but it's a chick show, a thinly vieled soap opera, and while it isn't wrong for guys to watch it, it's honestly just a little disturbing.

When I worked at Wendy's, my friend spit in some guy's fries at drivethrough 'cause the guy was being a total dicknob. Not that I condone that, but I don't understand people that get impatient or choosy with such things. It could just be because I've been there and know what it's like, but some people are seriously total #####ing mooks. I wish people like that where agoraphobic.

Worst part is, they just breed other people like themselves. I see them everywhere, video game stores, music stores, any place where they don't have EVERYTHING right NOW, which is every place.

Anyway I think I'll get some Wendy's now, I'm hungry and all this talk...

I'm getting a pop-up every five minutes and it's lagging like never before.

Weird day.

We played Spongebob Monopoly, then played basketball, then played The Simpsons Life.

It's the first time I've really played any board games since... childhood, really.

I started running this morning. I used to do it every morning at military school, and I'm going to start up again. My neighborhood is a huge circle and it works great for morning runs. Plus, it connects to my friend's neighborhood so I can stop by her house some mornings if I'm up for it.

Anyway, I took my dog for a walk later in the afternoon, and I'd never noticed it before, but that whole cliche about picking up chicks with dogs... well, it works. Maybe it wasn't ME in particular they noticed (it was the dog), but every good-looking girl I passed made me stop and let them pet the dog, and stood there for about 5 minutes talking.

Huh.

Three #####ing grad parties today. It was hard to split up the whole day, but I spent most of my time at one of them, he's like one of my closest friends so I sort of had to. But I like both the other kids so I spent a couple hours at both of theirs, too.
