I'd have posted more often if my computer wasn't working 100% of its abilities towards ripping my DVD's.

It's a hassle just posting this.

My day was pretty lame. I really did nothing. After a super-busy week, this day was way too slow.

I wrote a lot of possible stand-up material, though, so that's good.

But other than that, today was entirely unproductive (aside from ripping DVD's) and entirely uneventful.

It was that depressing type of uneventful.

Also, today I slept in to noon because the only class I had today was Philosophy at 9:30 and I decided that the dream I was having was very philosophical (it involved Jessica Alba) and thus constituted me sleeping in, despite getting up for about 10 minutes around 9 and making this decision.

I feel well rested and I could care less whether or not God exists or where numbers came from.

Yesterday, I went to my first day of school.

Until I was informed that it wasn't my first day of school and that I was deceived. My classes begin on the 21st, even though the website says otherwise. So I went home and finally finished up Super Mario Galaxy. Then started playing Super Luigi Galaxy.

I have the rest of today and Thursday off. No work.

Also, I got a golden slingshot! =D

About 45 minutes ago I drank about a quarter bottle of Captain  Morgan's (a few chugs straight up which was disgusting, and the rest mixed about 50/50 with coke) and I'm a drunk.
I can barely walk straight right now.

This is my first time being actually drunk.

Alcohol is yucky.

Also, it's just making me really tired.

My school got canceled both yesterday and today, and for the duration of both I've been doing really nothing more than chillin' and playing video games. I considered actually hanging with my friends, but it's just way too damn cold outside.
And the snow...
Ugh...
Don't even get me started on the #####ing snow...

Just grabbed myself a Windows 7 beta. So far it looks a lot like Vista, and though I've heard it runs much leaner and faster I haven't really been able to put it to the test yet. In fact, I don't think Intel even has Windows 7 drivers out for my POS integrated graphics card yet :S

If I had another computer to run it on, I would.
I'm not risking my only laptop on a beta OS.
Unless I can get it running on a Virtual Machine.

Verdict so far: great. Boots faster, runs leaner, has actually made some games which were unplayable on my machine under Vista playable (C&C 3, I'm looking at you).

I was lucky enough to have a preexisting partition on my hard drive, didn't have to do any formatting or whatnot.

My day today was pretty much like this guy's except I needed to rush to the Airport within a half hour, which I barely just made with a Taxi. Gave the guy a very generous tip and said many thank yous.

I don't know, sometimes the more it's covered up the more you want to see it.

But it's so cold there they probably have to have a lot of blubber so it's less about clothing count than calorie count.

SOOOOO

I'm going on stage again tonight for stand-up.

Want to gauge my devotion to this?

I have to miss Lost tonight if I want to go the stand-up comedy club meeting and then to the place where we're performing.

I have to wait 'till TOMORROW to watch Lost. Grah.

There is a constant battle between whether I want to brave the commute to class or just end my life. Other than that though, school (which is basically my whole life right now as usual) has been good. I can't know yet if I'm doing well, but I don't feel like I'm doing bad and I'm not falling into the moodiness of last year.

My new class is pretty cool, there's no one I actually dislike yet in my group for once, and only a couple people I find mildly annoying in the other group. The energy in the lab is a lot better than last year, where the lab was a depressing sink hole. It's a lot more like being in first year again, the energy.

Also, and ASR will like this, my new Animation prof looks and sounds kind of like Robert Downey Jr. Which everyone had been telling me all last semester when I wasn't in school and I didn't believe they'd be correct. Also, he's pretty cool and getting crits from him is much better feeling process than with my previous Animation teachers.

Add to that that my Design prof (who is still the same, as always) looks and sounds kind of like Hugh Laurie as Dr. Gregory House and it's kind of more wicked.

Also, we're gonna get the reportedly super bettiefied Asian model to pose for us soon. I've only heard of her from my friends, but apparently she's off the wall balls hot so that will either be great or not so great.

I'm still losing sleep in lieu of doing homework all the time, though.

P.S. I drew something MMMly while waiting around today that I'll scan later because I lover it/them.
