You know, it's a well known fact that adding the word "Space" to any word would most likely result in making it awesome and epic. Space Jam however, is neither awesome nor epic.

The same thing tends to happen when you tack "quest" on the end of titles.

To illustrate, this was a doubly awesome game.
... come to think of it, it might make a fun movie, but the problem with that is that you only have the one guy, and for some reason directors always want to add some annoying animal friend or something into the mix and as funny as annoying animal friends are, I don't like them much.

On the other hand, there are some really awesome and epic games about space AND quests that haven't got either Space or Quest (or any derivative thereof) in their name.

Like Homeworld.

Looney Tunes enlist Michael Jordan to play a basketball game against space aliens.

SERIOUSLY.

Obviously you enlist Michael Jordan. Except that the rest of the movie is awful. Even Newman.

They already had an alien character, Marvin, what they did was cram that movie with unnecessary crap. Like Lola.

I know someone who wants to name her kid Lola.

No relation to the one who named her kid after Tuxedo Mask.

Space Jam was one of those movies I liked a lot when I was little, but would probably be bored out of my mind if I rewatched it.

You'd be wrong. It's so exciting. And there's even more adult-oriented jokes peppered throughout that you definitely didn't catch as a kid!

I just finished watching Back To The Future Part II today. I also saw the first one for the first time yesterday.

Good movies, going to see the last one. However, I'd probably appreciate them more if I saw them when I was younger. Like with Star Wars Ep. 4-6, I really like them but if I saw them for the first time recently rather than when I was a kid I don't know if I'd like them as much.

I didn't see the third Back to the Future until I was way older. It might be why I don't like it as much.

But the whole trilogy is #####ing fantastic.

Well, my opinion doesn't count because I don't remember well enough. I just assumed 3 would be the worst and that's what I meant.

Mind you I've only ever seen 2 once, but I've never cared to watch it again.

I just watched the Bruno trailer. It looks hilarious. I can't post it here because it's explicit, but I'm sure you can find it yourself. I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Okay, guys, I was just convinced to watch Crank, that Jason Statham movie where he's poisoned and needs to keep his adrenaline up to stay alive.

HOLY #####.

That was a GENUINELY fun movie.

I mean, it made no sense, everything was outrageously over-the-top, and it was pretty much just an excuse to go insane with crazy action-scenarios...... but that's almost EXACTLY why it's so awesome.

It's like action porn. So great. I'm gonna' have to see the sequel when it comes out, now.
