It's not actually untitled. It was just forced to be that way because noone would allow it's real title, which was the N word. Which seems rather stupid until you find out that the album is about exploring the nature and history of the word, rather than just being named for shock value.

The whole thing was started off the whole "funeral" for the word that was started off the whole Michael Richard's thing.

Sunglasses > Goggles.

But only if they're like aviators.

Also, goggles, they do nothing, etc.

About 70% of the people I know (including me) have aviators. But I don't wear sunglasses since I already use glasses in every day life, and I don't like clips.

The visually impaired can't TELL they're being discriminated against! No, you know what? ##### that! Being visually impaired discriminates against us because the sun hurts us and not them! And they'll never know I said that!

On more SERIOUS note, I can't rock aviators. I like them, but my face... they just don't work. At least men's ones don't. Fem ones look good somehow. But that's dumb. Last week though, I got the sickest new shades that look great on me. Not aviators of course, as I can't rock aviators. I like them, but my face...

I'm still seperating the wheat from the chaff for my non-MM site...

Prozak's album is so-so... half good, half trash, but it's all the songs with guest artists that are good, so... feh...

DJ Clay's "Mixxtapes" (ugh) are great despite the moniker (no need for the double X... and they're on CD... it's not 1984...)

Nothing really amazing has come out this year, for me...

New Twiztid due in October... That'll be good.

Haha, yeah, I just downloaded a bunch of The Pillows yesterday because I randomly remembered that one song, Ride On Shooting Star, that was totally badass and #####.

Japanese rock is A.O.K. in my book. Though I'm definitely just making a HUGE generalization by saying that The Pillows is Japanese rock.

And I'm okay with that.

MGMT - "Electric Feel (Justice Remix)"

Posted on: 14 September 2008, 22:09:20

AAAAAAAHHHHH MMMMMMMMM be-be-be-be-bop-be-be doop-doop-doop-be-beedy-bop dununununun! Chhhhh weeeeee chh weee chhweeee!

I'm in techno heaven.

Today I bought "Oi Oi Oi Remixed" by Boys Noize and Justice's "†" album!

Oh, I also needed new headphones but I hate to pay a lot for headphones because they just don't live long enough at all so I took a gamble on some Maxell earbuds for $5.99.

Worst headphones ever. Let's see; Cord isn't long, it's just long ENOUGH for my leather jacket to my ears, but that's not good. The things fall out of my ears easily, and when trying to put those black things they always give you on that I hate in an effort to make them fit better I tore one of the blakc things in half. This was literally 30 seconds after leaving the store. Oh and they have ##### sound. It's like everything is coming out of a Tubes commercial, and there's absolutely no bass. I turned bass booster on on my iPod and that just made ##### scratchier. How there's too much treble and NO bass is beyond me.

Usually when I gamble with cheap 'phones I come out on top. In fact, I've had better DOLLAR STORE headphones in the past. Even though they were only six bucks, I feel like a chump and will NOT be using them even though every other pair of headphones I have has at least one channel completely dead.

I invested in some $25 Sony earbuds. No complaints. On Amazon they have a pair called "J-Buds" for $20 and they are excellent. I had to replace them though cause I wore them out. Great sound though. I also own a pair of Kaoss DJ headphones that I use with my turntables and guitar. And then another pair of Sony over the ear phones which are pretty nice. Oh, never, ever, buy Skullcandy. They're terrible. Worst $9 ever.

I've found that most earbuds suffer from either one or more serious design flaws (i.e. Mike's problem) or one or more serious defects in material (my last pair was a pair of JVC Air Cushion buds which were the best earbuds I've ever had and probably will ever have, but the damn things liked to fall apart way too much so I can't buy those #####ers any more.)

My conventional Panasonic around-the-ear headphones, however, are beyond awesome. They've been going for a solid year and a half so far without any difficulty, and they're practically portable speakers.

I'm #####ed. In an effort to repair the dead right channel of my iPod headphones, I opened up the left channel to see what difference, if any, there was so I could fix it. Bad idea. The second the left earbud opened a little went dead.

So now I'm actually STUCK with those awful Maxell ones I just bought until I get new ones (maybe tomorrow).

Skullcandy sucks.
Hard.

Nope. Skullcandy seems to be almost random. Some of their headphone lines are really good, some are balls. Basically all their cheap ones (9 bucks, jeez) are really bad.

Awesome name and logo though...

I love the name and logo. But they should work on the sound quality more. I knew the $9 ones weren't gonna be spectacular, but I even hate the type of cord it has. It gets tangled into this coiled mess all the time and no amount of straightening can fix it. It's really really frustrating. And then the sound is pretty bad (sounds really tinny). But perhaps their higher priced ones are better, wouldn't want to chance it though.

Which is why my latest pair (Skullcandy, because they've lasted longer than any brand-name in the past) is the one with the aluminum (or titanium or w/e) casings on the buds.
