I should have turned off the comments. Those are better with just video, but that was really bizarre. In a great way.

Honestly, with good enough execution, originality becomes almost optional.

Case in point, the Donkey Kong Country series.

Love the I Kill People video, not a fan of We Love Sports, but I've seen it before. "He's so Pringles!" was fun.

I posted Read A Book a while ago, and people said it was "old" then. But yeah, it's awesome.

For whatever reason I didn't see it then, I was just told about it the other day.

And yeah Jon LaJoie's stuff is wicked. His Everyday Normal Guy series rules as well as the commercials like Rapist Glasses.

Just confirmation.

Yeah, CSI (all forms of it) is awful mindless crime drama and only good as background noise.

But the Caruso one-liner/shade/Who-scream is a favorite television staple of mine. The whole point is that it's so lame.

I had mentioned a long time ago that I don't understand how anyone watches it. IF they do, that is. Because I've heard literally nothing about it that wasn't on a commercial, which tells me no one's watching. And I mean, people watched Paris Hilton's My New BFF, so there's no way NCIS can be any good if less people watched it than PH'sMNBFF.

Every once in a while I'll voice similar concerns about NCIS, and sometimes, one person will pipe up saying they watch it. And I will ask them why. And they won't have an answer.

It was OK. It's a little outdated in terms of terminology but it works anyway.
Favorite part was the ads singing as well.

it still amazes me that people actually post in places like collegehumor

I enjoyed it but I didn't think it was actually funny, just cool. Though there were some funny parts, like the advertisements singing along, and the double post thing.

Yeah. The part I liked about it was that it was pretty spot on with what the internet is like for, uhm, everything. Not so much that it was hilarious but it had it's moments.

It was less spot on than it was a glazing of the surface of the internet, but you really can't expect college kids to get anything actually funny.

...
... oh.

EDIT: I didn't finish watching it, but the acting bit is slightly embarrassing. I'd rather just hear the music.

It's kind of dumb because they're not MARCHING. Like, they should be marching and doing drill on a show floor, but instead they're, well, they're just playing to the audience. With some "actors" running around. Kind of lame. But still cool that they did that.

My show senior year was supposed to have a small bit from MM2 - Dr. Wily Stage 1, but it was never worked in. I showed all my friends the music and we agreed it would've been sweet do it, but obviously that never happened. We don't really have much say in that.
