The title says it all~

Share your loot, your booty, and what you didn't get that you wanted!

I know for sure I'm getting tights and jeans. I'm hoping Lauri will be there tomorrow to give me my dress that she bought me.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v109/alexthepenguin/LauriDressxD.png <- Artist's interpretation of said dress.

We're having our family holiday today (24 December) because my mom works tomorrow. We're not expecting much, since my family is helping us out a ton with the whole hospital thing, but it should be good.

So far I have a movie, the Exorcism of Emily Rose and $100 which I got early and used for Christmas shopping.
I expect another 120 bucks or so, and that should be it.

I didn't want much this year. Just money, Animal Crossing, a Mega Man 9 Retail Package, and on the side, PW: Trials and Tribulations, anything Mega Man, and a few other things I keep forgetting to mention... like now. :/

I see what I assume to be the ACCF bundle under the tree, and the money is elsewhere.

Uh... So far I've gotten:

- An XBox 360 Elite (##### yeah! When I get home on Monday I'm going to hook it to LIVE and ##### some 13-year-olds up! I'm so excited to be disappointed when I meet the LIVE community.)
- Left 4 Dead (##### yeah! ##### those zombie bitches up!)
- Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (##### yeah! It doesn't disappoint in any way, but I'd rather it be more like the first two.)
- Scrubs Season Seven on DVD (Eh... It's Scrubs. Still good, just not as good as I expected, Zach Braff has almost no emotion when he's not JD.)

I'm getting a lot of gifts tomorrow, a few over the next few days after that, and the last helping of gifts when I get home on Monday.

JERRY ONLY'S DEVASTATOR BASS GUITAR REPLICA <3

I wish, I'll be getting a bass though, so I can start a learnin' how to play it.

Other than that, some monies, gift cards (probably for HMV), and some clothes. Planning on getting a nice V-Neck sweater, which looks positively fly on me when the sleeves are rolled up.

Early Christmas present is Smooth Bristol paper and an 18 inch ruler.

Don't know if I'll get anything else.

I didn't really ask for anything, I'm not a gifty person.

But so far I've gotten graphic novels from people, as well as a Green Lantern fig that was pretty cool and rare. My cousins got me "de Blob" on Wii and a 2gb micro SD card that I needed, and in the family gift exchange game I won a bunch of knives we needed. My grandpa gave me money. My friend apparently got me a book about India that I'd really like.

No idea what my parent(s) have for me. But I'm all that into the gift thing so it's alright if it's nothing amazing.

Money. A lot of money.

Also some books:

A compilation of A Brief History of Time and The Universe in a Nutshell by Stephen Hawking.

Firstborn by Arthur C. Clarke and Stephen Baxter. Which really means that Baxter wrote it and Clarke stuck his name on it.

Also a new pair of earbuds (although I've already got a probably-better pair, they're more than a month old and thus on their way out, inevitably).

And a Black Sabbath collection, which I may or may not enjoy (me not being a metal fan, really, at all). Probably not enjoy, but I can't find out until I try it.

They aren't really what metal nowadays is though.  It's mostly just harder rock.

Got back from my Christmas party with some family. So far I've got $75, $55 in HMV gift cards (I knew it!) and a $30 visa gift card; to spend on whatever I want! (INTERNET MONIES!)

I also got some Belgium chocolate.. but.. ALPHABET SHAPED WAAAAOOOH! (hah, joke present)

Then there's the super ultra awesome best joke present ever that my cousin got me. It's too amazing to describe, so you'll have to wait for pictures!

Probably gonna be getting $150 tomorrow with some candy and junk.

Not as bad as it might sound, but this might be the worst Christmas yet.

I finally heard news about my brother academically, and he's officially been put on academic suspension. Alongside with other issues, my parents are going through a rough time with finances.

We'll open gifts in a minute, but it's strange that my brother hasn't called, e-mailed, or even shown up yet.

I'll talk about my prezzes later, as I don't feel like being online much longer. But I couldn't pass this one up;

I also got some Belgium chocolate

Belgian, Steven. Belgian. We use the word Belgian to describe something of, or related to Belgium.

I'm counting that as your gift from me, Wind!

Listened to the album last night, and it makes a good backdrop for reading but I'll probably only rip a couple of the tracks. Overall not offensive to my ears, but Zeppelin is my raunch limit.

I hate AI Louis, he runs up and takes things right when I'm about to grab 'em far too often. He also has a bad habit of jumping through windows and getting shot in the face when the door is only like a foot away.

- An electric blanket  <3
- Some warm, cushy socks (polartec, not wool)
- A pair of snow boots that are super warm and waterproof and have excellent traction

And then I see my boyfriend on Sunday, so I will know what he got me then.  :)

I'm very much satisfied with my gifts for this year. I really only asked for DVD's.

Here's what I got:

- $300 video camera (gift for myself)
- The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy 1980's TV Series on DVD (had it on VHS but no VCR)
- Lost Season 3 and 4 (I gave in and started getting them on DVD, though I always said I wouldn't...)
- The Office Season 4 (bought the first 3 for way cheap on Black Friday, this is where I stopped watching on TV so it's all new to me)
- It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 3 (bought the first volume for cheap on Black Friday)
- No Country For Old Men (wanted to see this)
- Burn After Reading (really wanted to see this)
- Good Will Hunting (still haven't seen this, though it was a random choice)
- The Dark Knight (kept putting it off, and finally my parents just bought it for me, ha)
- Clue... the movie on DVD, not the board game (very random gift from a friend who couldn't think of what to get)
- $20 gift certificate to Best Buy from a friend, he bought 8 of these for a bunch of us, very nice of him.

There were probably a couple more things, but this is clearly enough and I'm very pleased.

I got... money, The Dark Knight, a lot of chocolate, a big flat screen computer monitor, a food tree (I love food trees...), books, and uh...other random things like hair clips and scrunchies.

And from Nathan I got a calender I wanted, The Dark Knight (again, but a better version), 2 stuffed animal puppes (yay!), and the Aquarium game for the Wii (it's on WiiWare) and a really pretty necklace from his mom.

Posted on: 26 December 2008, 23:32:59
