-Two Sweatshirts.
-A new mouse (this means I can't draw PBnJ...I just can't without my old mouse ;_;).
-A few giftcards.

I hadn't asked for anything, so I pretty much tied with the cats for number of gifts.

Cthulhu is...

AND I QUOTE:
It seemed to be a sort of monster, or symbol representing a monster, of a form which only a diseased fancy could conceive. If I say that my somewhat extravagant imagination yielded simultaneous pictures of an octopus, a dragon, and a human caricature, I shall not be unfaithful to the spirit of the thing. A pulpy, tentacled head surmounted a grotesque and scaly body with rudimentary wings; but it was the general outline of the whole which made it most shockingly frightful. Behind the figure was a vague suggestions of a Cyclopean architectural background.
Spoiler'd for length.

How do you pronounce it, anyway? Sounds like the chief of the Mayas, or the Aztecs. I don't remember.

They had weird aliens that looked like Cthulhu in Doctor Who.

They called them the Ood, and made lame jokes about them being odd.

"How ood."

Also, I normally am extremely annoyed by Lovecraft-obsessed-creepo-girls, but I make an exception for you, Alex. Though it doesn't make you NOT a Lovecraft-obsessed-creepo-girl!

I'm convinced that the lot of you would have no seconds thoughts in sexing up a Cthulhu if you ever saw one in real life, and that tends to bother me.

I do love tentacles.

I can't actually stand the thought of interacting with tentacles physically in any way other than with my hands, though.

And that's specifically limited to petting zoo octopi and anemones.

The only exception is eating squid. Dead and cooked squid.

ps: There is only one Cthulhu.

You're supposed to whistle in the middle of the word Cthulu or something.

I got a bunch of stuff that was great that I don't really feel like talking about right now but...

New watch, cologne, clothes, Celtics jersey (expensive :O ), Fable II, Power Gym (an exercise thing), Seinfeld Scene It? (I destroy at it), and money and some other things.

Was really good, since I didn't ask for anything and I ended up getting a bunch of stuff I wanted/needed to buy myself.

I can't even begin to imagine facing you in Seinfeld Scene It?

They need a Hitchhiker's Guide Scene It? so I can be really good at one of them.

I'm not as good at trivia-things as I'd like to be.

You and everyone else.

Really, the only questions I don't totally know in Seinfeld Scene It? are the ones about bit actors who made appearances, but even then I got some like Teri Hatcher and #####. The only reason I don't know those is because I don't know the actor names, even when I can picture the face.

Mike, I'm the same way but lately I've been working on that.

More on that note, and oddly enough relating to Seinfeld, is that I never knew the name of Jon Voight for so long, and in that one Seinfeld episode where George buys what he thinks is Jon Voight's car, I had no idea who that was. Then finally one day I put the two together and it was one of those "ah-ha!" moments.

You didn't notice who Jon Voight was when Kramer saw him getting into a cab and then bit him?

And yeah I'm getting better at knowing that stuff now that I'm older, but I got most of my Seinfeld under belt ages ago.

Well, when I saw the Seinfeld episode I actually DIDN'T have any idea who he was and I'd never seen a movie with him before or anything. And then after I started seeing his face in movies, it took me a long time to make the connection.
