I'd like to know about folders you use. Uni-coded? Strategy-based? Random soup letter because you only fight agaisnt viruses? Show it anyway. :P

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LltQwOOT_mY
^example of my folder in action.

Here's a folder I made in BN2:

MegaMan:

HP: 490/490 (Because of HubStyle)
Style: HubStyle

ATK: 10
SPD: 1
CHG: 5

FOLDER - Oh Snap! Folder

47MB

LilBomb O
LilBomb O
CrossBomb O

BigBomb O

MagBomb2 *
Guardian O
FstGauge * - Reg. Chip
FullCust *

Invis3 *

Invis3 *
LifeAura1 O
Atk+20 *
Atk+20 *
Atk+20 *
Atk+20 *
Atk+20 *
Atk+30 *
Navi+40 *
BassV3 X
BassV3 X
BassV3 X
BassV3 X
BassV3 X

Folder Strategy:

Basically, the MAIN killling strategy is to get BassV3 with all the powerups.

BassV3 + Navi40 + Atk30 + Atk20 + Atk20 = 70+40+30+20+20 = 180DMG per hit, which would take even BassDelux's aura in one shot, and kill him with the rest. If this whole thing comes up in the first custom I can kill navis within less than a second, depending on my luck with the chip.

Next, we have 2 UltraBomb PAs, which are good for navis like SnakeMan and GateMan, and since I have two of them, it makes it a total of 800DMG, and since Bass can also used the way bombs are... you get the point.
Then, I have chips like Invis, Guardian, CrsShields and Lifeaura, which are purely for protection.
MagBomb2 is used to keep enemies still while I use UltraBombs (or other bombs) on them.
Full customs are there so I can take chips away from my custom.
If I use FullCust as my primary chips, I can ditch away 4 chips by selecting them after FullCust, and when the turn starts, going directly to the custom window without using the other 4 chips.

Here's my folder in BN 6:
M-Cannon R, T, *
SuprVulc V
FireBrn2 S, T, U
WideBlde B
LongBlde B
AreaGrab F, F, *
Snctuary Z
FstGauge *
LifeAur U
AntiNavi *
AntiDmg *
AntiSwrd *
Atk+10 *
Atk+10 *
Atk+30 *
Navi+20 *
ColorPt *
DblPoint *
ProtoMan *
ProtoMan SP B
SpoutMan SP A
Colonel *
Colonel SP C
BassAnly F
That was more unicoded until I started making those combo attacks *coughDblPoint+SuprVulc+Atk+50cough*. My Regular Chip is AntiDmg, and my Tag Chips are two AreaGrabs. I can do lots of damage with my P.A.s, which are GigaCan 3, BodyGrd, TwinLdrs, DblHero and WideBurn2. I'm planning on getting rid of the WideBurn2, 'cause I don't use it. And when I use the LifeAura+Sanctuary combo, almost nothing can harm me... Except BassGS. Damn that's a pain in the ass.

I am too lazy to post any of my folders from any of my games because I really don't want to pick up anything Battle Network right now.

But, I will say my BN3 BubbleMan folder kicks serious ass.

The sheer fact that it's barely possible to have a "bad" folder makes this thread moot. It's all in how you use the folder so saying what's in it is useless information.

Otaku brings me humor herself.

In japan, an otaku is not someone who likes or is even generally fond of anime...

An otaku is someone devoted to anime. who Faps to little plastic toys of their favorite character, someone, who if they don't have their cartoons, will go on a huge fit... someone who will have severe withdraw symptoms...

So whatever, she's in the same boat as Yuri. Maybe we'll keep her around to post in threads that don't get any love. Pep this place up and get it moving again.

The internet tends to think that word mean "fan" when it clearly means "fanatic".

The internet is a hilarious place/series of tubes.

Working in a Japaneses ran store is more entertaining than not...

There is a girl who is crazy for anime working at the store. She cosplays at every convention there is, and is willing to go into debt each year to go to her cons. She also claims to have had more than one fling with "pikman link." A name I did not hear before this girl arrived.

Back to the story, Our introductions to this girl was in one of our morning meetings. It did not take much for her to become the boss' least favorite.

"Hi, I'm markki! I cosplay alot, and I would consider myself an Otaku! I hope to enjoy working here..."

One of the more mature workers, who has went over-seas to japan twice now, motioned her to stop... but the damage was already done...

From the look of Toyo's face, He was highly uncomfortable, He quickly ended the meeting there after.

Markki has worked there for a year now, has not gotten any raise, any complements, and the boss refuses to speak to her unless it is extremely important.

The morals to the story are vast and obvious.

Welcome Miss "The Otaku" I hope you enjoy your stay.

It would so funny right now if The Otaku turned out to be Markki.

Markki... With two Ks and that insufferable I ending. I can't even put up with her name in text, I don't know how you manage.

and if T.O. Is M, well we were never too good of friends anyway.

Her name spoken is like that car... the marque... Mar-Key

It was in the Used shelf at Game Stop for only $8. To me it sounded like a great deal.
And what's necroposting?

Someone looking for a strategy or something. Although it was probably already done before, my Bubble Man folder was my own idea.

As in, I never got the idea from an outside source.

See, posting your strategies is one thing. You talk about what chips to use in what combination. Posting a big list of what it's in your folder is a whole other thing. Does anyone actually read them all and then think about how it works?

Please.

Who really cares about other people's folders anyway?

Exactly.

Yes, Mikero hates your folder due to his hate for awesome NES games.

It's MegaMan Battle Network 6, sir.  And do not make the mistake again.  Hell, I say you don't come back with something witty to cover your ass, cause we all know that it leads to you being in more trouble.  And don't try to say that you won't make an excuse, cause that's predictability.
