Anime North 2008 -Loads of images

So Someguy and I went to Anime North 2008, not because we're weaboo's oh no, we're far from it. We checked it out, had a lot of cool stuff, I didn't buy anything mainly because me being broke and Someguy losing his debit card. We got into stuff like the Megaman/Rockman meeting; where we talked to a lot of the fans, educated ones too, who'da thunk it? We almost got into the Trigun donut contest, we thought we were going to eat them but OH NO WE HAD TO DECORATE THEM! ##### that. It totally spoiled our dinner.

So anyway, I just took pictures, pictures pictures pictures.. lot's. So here they are.

One thing that rocked was that I found Waldo AND Carmen Sandiego, in ONE PLACE! SCORE!

What's confusing about Batgirl? Is it just that someone dressed as her for an anime con? 'Cause the costume is actually perfect (the current Batgirl has a full mask like that, and is #####ing badass).

My X cosplay doesn't have the helmet, because I fail at armor, but I think it's a little better.

My friend suggested that I use some sort of... sparklies but I refused because every Elf X cosplayer that I have ever seen did that, and it looked terrible.

I was going to make a helmet but... I failed... badly. And I didn't want to pay someone to make it either though I probably should have.

Those girls aren't ugly or anything. I think they are alright. They might not be the world's next Tyra Banks or super model how society defines it, but they are pretty.

Frankly, I find you can barely tell if a girl is ACTUALLY good looking from a candid photo when she knows her photo is being taken, so I'm not gonna bother pretending the girls in that picture are judgeable.
