He didn't. Indirectly would be to say something that he doesn't realize will start a fad and then the ##### goes down, directly would be what Rez did by purposfully starting one. He can claim inindirectly creating it status though, that's fine.

On the website there is now a nice mock-up of the in-game wanted poster for Dr. Wily. Looks very cool.

The eyebrows ARE very important. With videogame characters created in the late 80's, you only get a small handful of defining characteristics. Use them all.
