Trigger did appear in the last cross-publisher game (Namco x Capcom).
Not sure how much weight that would give him for a brawlin' game.

I think that if they put any MM in Smash it will be Classic or X. I know Capcom likes to cash cow but Nintendo doesn't rock it that way and Smash tends to stick with the real OG stuff (at least right off the bat, and then change it in a later sequel like with Ness and Lucas). I just don't see it in the interests of the Smash team to go with another MM. But Capcom would push for it, I bet.

Yea, I suck at starcraft. It's still a fun game to play now and then on LAN though!

And I do have experience with Koreans. Now that you mention it, gotta go mail one right now. Thanks.

I was good at SC back in middle school/ high school but I don't play nearly as much as I used to so I'm not so hot anymore. I've never really played anything LAN though, I used to just play SC on Battle.net.

I started out on LAN with a friend, who's brother went on Battle.net all the time. Great fun! I also played a lot of Half Life that way.

I've tried the online thing for a while, but being pwned within half a minute made it quite frustrating. That's what you get for not playing often.

I went with classic. It would be a darn shame to see anything other than the original Megaman enter something like this....I mean come on; nothing beats an orginal right?

Tron would be cool too but thats not going to happen....*Sigh*

I wish they would make a new Marvel Vs Capcom game and make it for Wii. Super Smash Brothers is cool in all, but I think a modernized Marvel Vs Capcom could be epic.

A while back, I downloaded the entire MM 1-6 soundtrack from Orchnestra. After listening to SO much 8-bit music, I got the urge to download some remixes.

Among them was the following MM3 masterpiece:

I uploaded it onto Putfile.com so you don't even need to download it. It simply MUST be listened to. It's an AMAZING arrangement of the entire MM3 soundtrack in a truly rockin' format. It can't be beat, and it's the best I've heard.

Let me know if you agree or disagree.

Every time I listen to it, I envision MegaMan brawling against Mario and Kirby and everyone else in Dr. Wily's castle.

Damn. That sucks.

I'd rather have waited for the game's release to be disappointed because at that point I have the actual game to already make me feel better about the lack of MegaMan.

I don't really like having to hear that he's NOT going to be in it. Either tell me he's in it or don't tell me at all.

Yeah.

What's really upsetting about this is that there was so much going for Mega Man this year with it being his 20th anniversary and all.

I'm surprised that Nintendo didn't contact Capcom about this.  That's what's really bad.

Well I guess all we have now to look forward to is...

So much for MegaMan's 20th anniversary.

No new games other than Star Force, that "MegaMan VS MegaMan" game never came to be.

The good thing is that Keiji WANTED MegaMan in Brawl. The bad thing is Sakurai didn't even #####ing ask him.

I'm OK with Mega Man.EXE claiming to be Mega Man, because he is. The only one I have a beef with is Geo.

When he said "I'm Mega Man" to Luna in Star Force, I dropped my head muttering "No... No... NO."
