Wow it's been so long since I posted here that my Username was removed! Ah well. Anyways, I decided to make this video a few nights ago just for kicks. It's not a showoff video of any sort, just a project I enjoyed putting together. Thought I'd share with you guys.

That's a pretty cool, a nice way to summarize the SNES X series. Should have had some X series music though, to match the series. Cool though.

Yeah, that was all just my personal taste. I really like that tune I used, and I really like the SNES games, so I stuck em together :P

Not a bad video.
I love the first 3 X games so that was a bit of nostalgia.

Not bad. To be honest, even though the music is out of place, there aren't any tunes from X that are anywhere near as good as that one.

I enjoyed it.

Oh man. I remember you, Yamigata. We were part of like a huge discussion about whether or not Mega Man and X were the same when we were new.

That cover of MM2... I know I've heard that. That was SSH or whoever, right? I first heard his cover of "Fighting of the Spirit" I believe it's called. I loved those.

FOR THOSE JUST TUNING IN:

Wind was using Majikn's avatar, so it looked like a bunch of posts Majikn made in a row where someone must've deleted posts in between.

He's right I had Master Shake for my avatar. That was a long time ago. Man this website has been around for ages now, I think I remember coming here way back in....maybe late 90's? And yeah, I still remember the big discussion about X and Rock, and how everyone pretty much crucified me for even bringing it up. But now we're getting way off topic.

As for the games that were on the PSX, I'd have to hook up my console to my game bridge to be able to record the footage from the gameplay and I don't really feel like doing that. I'm also not a huge fan of those games, I feel like the play control changed too dramatically from the SNES games, mainly the dash seems slower. Could be my imagination.

Just the words "late 90's" make me feel old now. And I'm so very young.

We just go off topic a lot.

But... it was a cool enough video, that's all I can really say.

Yeah, when I played X4, the conversion in controls was part of what put me off. I was a kid, and being used to the SNES, having played it for most of my life and not getting the N64 until fairly late, I was pretty unimpressed. By everything. Especially the voices.

I grew on the mechanics really fast, It'd been a couple years in between playing X1 and X5, so I grew on each of them equally.

Xtreme 1 & 2 are annoying as a mother #####er, though.

MASTER SHAKE.

"The drink guy". Honestly.

And it was NOT the late 90's. It wasn't even the early 2000's. It was like 2 years ago or something. Was ATHF even on in the late 90's?

Well, it doesn't mean he ALWAYS had a Master Shake avatar. But Mike's right. It hasn't been that long at all since you were last here.

I didn't watch the damn show! I just knew about it. If I cared, I would have just looked it up.

Anyway I remember Yamigata from when he DID have the avatar is what I mean, because he was registered as a new member. If he'd been around longer than that I wouldn't have known.

You're right, it wasn't that long ago since I was last here, but it was that long ago when I found Abe's website in its early stages.

At least, I assume it was in its early stages at that time :P  I remember back then he was working on the stage maps for the site.

BTW Mikero, Carlos, PreventerWind, I like the avatars you guys are using. Looks like they're part of a set?
