Anywho, I'm looking to fill up as much of my Dex Entries as possible before the 11th of this month, given I'll be without wireless internet after that for an undetermined amount of time, and I've got a few things up for trade as well as breed requests. I know I have one at level 45 on my Sapphire cart.

I don't think anyone will really be able to help you out due to the high level request, Doc. I know they can be caught around the 7th Gym, but they're only 34ish on my copy.

Best bet is to get one in a trade, and slap a Lucky Egg on it so it gains 3x the exp per fight, and level it up the tried and true way to 80, even if that's a crummy answer.

I know the item you need,  it's the Full Incense. I think you get it in Veilstone City, ontop of the cliff near the Gym. You need Rock Climb to get up there.
