It isn't black and white. It doesn't matter what you call it. I could call a dog black. I could call a Douglas Adams book horrible. I could call you tolerable.
It doesn't mean it's true.

It isn't black and white. It's got other colors in there, and that contributes to the color-scheme in a unique style, and if those other colors weren't there, the piece would be completely different.

And I already said I'm random.

What does that even mean? You'll outgrow the "random things are funny" phase, trust me. It's hardly an excuse for anything, even while you think random things are funny.

I'm random in an unfunny way. I don't act random to try and be funny.

Trust me, you do. You also do it to be "quirky" or "weird" or "to stand out" or "to get attention" whether or not you want to admit any of those things, and that's okay, because you'll figure it out in time.

Also, when you do something weird or say something stupid, you get a built-in fallback excuse.

Apparently you are, because that wasn't random. That was a direct reference to a post I made recently.

No, Otaku, look at his post. He meant a 30-year-old man.

If he had said:

"a 30 something year man"

it wouldn't have made sense.

He just used hypens poorly.

He meant a 30-something year-old man.

Me neither.

Anyway back on semi-topic;

MOST of Sin City is in black and white.

But it is not black and white.

So if people are in their 30's are old, then people in their 20's are close to retirement?

Old ≠ Retired. Check out Wal-Mart.

You forget the part where ACTUAL quirky people are less understood BECAUSE they're quirky. So maybe she's just being herself.

I think you would do well not to just assume what someone's thinking whenever they say or do something, because people are more different than you'd like to think.

So was I. But I still firmly believe that I was just being myself. I got impulses and I just... followed through with them. Most of the time it was funny or at least unquestionably weird for people to just be like "You're weird" and shrug it off. Unfortunately though I'd get encouraged and when I started TRYING to be random was when it started to get stupid.

Though there were always people who were like "What the ##### is wrong with you?" at the first sign of weird/awkwardness, just to make me feel embarassed and boost their own ego, no doubt. To me they're just stuck-up pieces of #####, and they're the reason my life in high school was as crappy as it was.

My apologies to ReploidQ.

Also, could you use some better punctuation?

Its when someone sees the letters in words in random order.

No, it's not.

First off, you don't SEE the letters or numbers incorrectly at all, you comprehend them incorrectly. Often, people will mix up letters like b, d, p, and q which are all very similar in shape.

Dyslexia, at least as far as with reading and spelling in letters (i.e. not numbers), has to do with mixing up how letters relate as sounds. Dyslexics wouldn't comprened the letters in a random order, but would mix up two of the letters that are in word (often happens if the the word they end up with is similar looking to the correct word). So generally the entire word wouldn't be jumbled (I've just realized that word jumbles are a rather cruel game).

They also have more trouble with homophones than others, and almost everyone has trouble with homophones, so imagine that.

Q, here's my opinion on your work; I'd say you need to work a lot on your hands and general anatomy, and judging from your first post in this thread you seem to be much more skilled drawing realistic portraits rather than anime. You've got potential, just practise a lot and you could get really good in no time.

Yeah, I know. I'm not stupid. But there's a limit. There's stretching that is intentional, purposeful, and structurally correct. This isn't that.

This is stretched comically, and I don't mean that as funny or like in comic books. I mean that as meaning that it's stretched too much.

Trust me, I'm in animation. I know a thing or two about stretch and squash and exaggeration, which are two of the most basic principles of animation.
