Theres been talk of a new Ace Attorney game thats coming out, and it wouldn't be like all the others. Different gameplay,  allowing you to walk around and look for clues! So whats the catch? It stars someone other than ol'spiky head, it's starring

They have their main site up now, with two videos. The second one actually shows some of the gameplay. I know I'm getting this.

Also, theres no planned release date just yet, and some say ol'spiky won't be making a direct appearance. This makes me wonder whether this will be played in the past or the future, having hobo-wright in it. But they do say it will take place around T&T.

It's set circa AA3 timeline wise.  Phoenix will not be appearing directly but will cameo in some form.  Several PW era characters appear set to make appearances (Including young Ema).  Court Records has all the current info on it.
