I'm enjoying my Spring Break. Nothing's happened. I'm just chillin', playing Brawl and whatnot. No school for me til the 7th.

Although, this does remind me of the time when I did this gag on Halloween.

My dad tricked me this morning while I was still half asleep.

He called the house with his cell phone (I heard the phone ring), and pretended the call was from my school. When I get up finally he tells me the school called him and said there was a power outage and that school was cancelled for the day.

I was happy for a moment, then I thought for a second.. and then I realized... and then he said "April Fools".


...I was pissed because I wasn't in the mood to go to school today. >_> But he got me good.

Our band teacher had to e-mail someone he had previously hired for the next fall and explain why he was no longer hired. We didn't need him anymore because we got an offer from one of the most qualified instructors in that position in the state of Michigan... so, yeah.
He was trying to let him down nicely but couldn't think of anything, and a few friends and I were just chillin' in his office, so we were trying to get him to send an April Fools message about how he's not only "DEFINITELY HIRED!!!!11" but he gets a "FOUR BILLION DOLLAR RAISE" and "FREE COCOA ON COLD DAYS!!!"

And then end it with "april fools you're fired lol."

He didn't go for it.

I convinced her I was stressed enough to have been drinking alone daily and am worried I am becoming an alcoholic. While there is enough going nucking futs in my life right now to make an alcoholic out of me, that is not the case. The prank worked well.

The rest were like "Hey Brian you're gay. April Fools, you're actually not but I had you going" and such.
