I really don't know why I'm making this topic but...

My dream car is a DeLorean. I will get one some day!

And Back To The Future is the best movie ever.

I hear it's not really that great a car besides the coolness factor.

As for me, I've never cared much for or about cars.
The only thing I'd dream of is some vehicle with a nice, clean, renewable energy source, or at least a really awesome power source (like cats).

There was an episode of Chuck where one of the characters named Morgan buys a DeLorean that can't go over like 26MPH and rides around in it. He called it the DeMorgan. Yes. I know.

I've never been big on cars.

I mean, if it's nice, clean, reliable, and gets me from point A to point B with no problems... I'm pretty much set.

I'll admit that I'm not a fan of the color green in cars... unless it's JUST the right shade. It's one of the only things I don't prefer in green.

I have a green car, although not by choice.
It's a sort of light, unobtrusive green though. Almost bluish.

Though it's not in production and probably never will be, it's still awesome. And a goddamn demon with wheels.

I'm not a fan of green on cars in real life either, but there's an excellent couple of shades of green for car mods in GTA: San Andreas. Which is good since your gang (Grove Street Families) colour is green (wicked).

They crumple like aluminum foil on... well on anything planted really. The DMC Delorian was an extremely sketchy ride, very unsafe.

As I said in another thread, I'm really into the 70's Corvette Stingray for my car of choice. In black.

Hard-top convertible preferably. Actually if you want to see one that's just what I want it's pretty much the car Chris Tucker drives in the first Rush Hour. So hot. Not sure about what year that one is but it's poifect. Unfortunately they don't make them in automatic and I can't drive stick at the moment.

But I'm really more into motorcycles.

A few months ago I was driving with my mom in the car, and a DeLorean drove by us and we were like WOAH and we followed it to the red light, pulled up beside them, and asked them to open the door. The guy had this expression on his face like "are you serious" and he opened the door up and I was like THAT. IS AWESOME. Seeing it in action fueled the passion of getting one, despite the fact it crushes easily.

While that car is so small I feel like getting a can opener, it is somehow more awesome because of that.

What sort of efficiency does it get?

For whatever reason, I really like the Mini types. But they don't look great in North America, it's a far more European thing since streets are smaller and, in the case of England, there's way too many people crammed onto a tiny island. Much like Smart cars (which I don't like).

You know you can get kits for that, right?
Like, you can make the doors open like that on a Honda Civic if you want to.

I'm not sure how much you use it, but that sounds pretty unreal to me.
Then again I'm not sure you have to do as much distance driving where you live.

I think it kinda looks like a LEGO if you look at it right.

You know, that LEGO bit you use to pry up other LEGO bits, but has no functionality outside of that?

Of course I know that LEGO bit.

It actually makes a pretty decent tongue depressor in a pinch.

He called it the DeMorgan.

So if either the car is not cool or the driver is not cool, it would be logically equivalent to the negation of 'the car and driver are cool'?

I'll admit defeat on that one, I don't get it. I don't like admitting defeat.

And Mike, that Corvette is sexy. And it takes a lot for me to call a car sexy.

My dad used to have a Corvette. Not like that, though. Now he has a very nice Camaro. He's an engineer and he knows #####ing everything automobile-related. To the point of annoyance, since I don't get that world at all. Like, we'll see a car in a parking lot that he likes and he can list off every individual part and who makes it, all with this impressed and mystified look on his face.

Luckily his second son shared an interest.

Realistically, I like the car I have now. A 2003 Toyota Corolla.

Only thing bad is the driver's side door won't open. I gotta go through the passenger's side door and open it from the inside.

But otherwise, I'd want this. Or something like this. I dunno. Maybe a something from Mario Kart.

You get the general idea. Totally unrealistic.

Wouldn't hurt to have a Shagohod either.

EDIT: I apologize. That image was way bigger than it should've been.

I've always imagined a kind of vehicle that was like a bike, but with car-like coverings.

Like, it's got the bike parts, except that it has kind of a bug's shell over it that attaches to the sides and has storage space.

Whatever that is, if it exists, it would be interesting.

I'm realizing more and more lately, though, that I'll probably never drive due to my epilepsy.

A good quarter of my genetics are Italian, and I couldn't care less about cars, save that they get me from one place to another.

... I do tend to prefer low cars and turn corners at high speeds though.
