I would Probably go for Quick Man. Just because he would probably be too fast to be hit.

Other Robot Masters would not be shooting Metal Blades at Metal Man... Wood Man dies from a SINGLE charged Atomic Fire shot.  Quick Man loses half his life from the Time Stopper.  Crash Man goes down like a bitch from two Air Shooter blasts.  Those are ACTUAL liabilities in a Robot Master vs Robot Master Fight since Heat Man could fight Wood Man.  This isn't Which Robot Master would win AGAINST MEGAMAN.

Metal Man has one of the best, if not THE best weapon in the series.  He's serious business.

EDIT: I think in a gamer magazine, they were naming off the top 10 most favored/best video game weapons of all time.

Not really, it makes him stop and freeze.  So if he were on, say a tredmill like in Metal Man's chamber, he'd just roll off the edge and fall into LIQUID MAGMA.

Tenguman he can fly making him a harder target to hit, but then you have Quickman thats very fast and hard to hit to. But using wind attack Quickman can easily blow him away because of his very light armor. my answer is tenguman.
