Don't get me wrong, I've used cover letters, but never for any of the jobs I got. Or even really wanted. Sooo... yeah.

I've gotten every job I've interviewed for, which is good. But I've had to jump through less hoops for the better jobs I've had, and more hoops for the worse jobs and everything in between. I didn't even have to interview for the government, haha. And with Silver Snail I had a trial by fire sort of day and impressed my boss by not sitting down ever (which I now do 85% of the day).
