What happened to this poll?
Anyway, I'll take Samus's weapon. Comes complete with a super-advanced powered suit that would make Mega Man X cry with shame.

The weapon itself generally requires no ammunition, and the freeze beams actually do what they're meant to do.

Both weapons have a certain versatility for assimilating multiple weapon systems on the fly, but Mega Man can't just pick up the homing sniper and equip it, Dr. Light has to add the weapon data to his systems.

Both weapons do suffer from the problem of being frequently reset to default status.
