Not even I can stop them.

And yeah, I know you can't get Metal Blade in MMX4.

So even though I'm weak to them, I'm still invincible.

Pfft, ASR is the easiest boss in the game.
You don't even have to use charge shots.

But to answer your question, none of them are even remotely hard.
X4 is ridiculously easy.
