Yeah, the Riddler is always white. We totally own that.

And the new Batman movies shouldn't have actors like that. If they want a movie that's as good, or possibly better than Dark Knight, they can't be so quick with decisions. But, yeah, it's a rumor. But if it was true.......
2  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The MOVIE Thread on: 5 January 2009, 11:55:09
For a second there I thought that was a pic of that theatrical turd of a movie "Catwomen".

By the way, Catwomen is going to be in the third new Batman movie. So the rumors say......

Only a few. I wanted to see the different reactions.

Also. Seen. Two of those video's sucked, and the one that didn't is old and over-used.
OK, which one was good? You know, maybe I can improve my taste based off of this.

Just run off screen and kill the same enemy multiple times. Infinite score.
Or rebeat stages.......hm.....maybe I should have made a Power Battle/Fighters score topic instead.......

Hm, I thought it would be easier to play as him, seeing that he's apparently strong and all.

Anyway, anyone else have a score? Like, a REAL score? If not, go and play MM1 and get one. If you want to, that is.

14  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: On a scale of 1 to 10, how good do you think your Mega Man playable skills are? on: 4 January 2009, 17:17:56
Classic-8/10: For the most part, I'm pretty good with this series. Even if I usually don't follow the preferred order when fighting Robot Masters, I still beat them with little problems. The patterns are easy to get use to, and the levels are pretty simple. Although, I have to admit, Dr. Wily's fortress stages in MM2 are just.......I suck at them. Same with MM8's.....and MM&B's.

X-8.7/10: I can breeze through pretty much every X game there is. Sure, Kaiser Sigma may trouble at times, but not very much. Oddly enough, I have an easier time playing X games then I do with Classic games. O.o Maybe it's because of all the dashing I do.

Zero-6.7/10: Well, I can always pwn in MMZ4 (easy mode ^_^) but in the other three, it's a different story. I admit, they aren't half as bad as MM&B, but they still are pretty hard. At least they're easier when you play them a second time through. But, anyways, I'm really good with the stages. Most MMZ stage is easily passable if you dash and jump and what not correctly. It's really the bosses that trip me up. For the most part. Copy X was a pussy, though. For a final boss anyway. But his battle theme is cool! :D

ZX-7.9/10: All I can say is that these are WAY easier than the Zero games. My only real problem with the first one would have to be the cursed map. But since that problem isn't visible in Advent, I can really kick some butt and take some names. (see? I'm hip.)

Legends-8.8/10: Oh man, I love these games. Probably my second favorite Mega Man series, despite the small library of them. Anyway, yeah. I'm pretty skillful with these gems. The bosses, ruins, skating missions......it's all good with me.

Battle Network-7.6/10: I'm pretty good with the whole battle thing, but my main problem with these games is figuring out what to do. But that's what MMHP is for. :)

Star Force-9.7/10: I think Capcom really lost their balls with the whole Mega Man RPG thing. Seriously, these games are jokes! (although I still really like them.)

16  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The MOVIE Thread on: 4 January 2009, 06:28:45
I thought some of the acting was a little cheesy, and the plot was a little weird. But, yeah it;s fun to watch. But how could you enjoy a movie on an air plane? Won't you're ears hurt? Mine do.

The SNES version get's on my nerves way easily. I have no idea how you can actually prefer the SNES version. Maybe you're just messing with me. :o

I just watched Mr. Jingles.

......wow........this was......ugh. The camera sucked, the actors sucked, the story sucked, the MOVIE sucked. Why did Liongates produce this? WHY? It's like the budget for this film was $100. I mean......GOD! I've wasted my life! AND THREE DOLLARS. GAAAH!!

Y-you know what? W-we need Pennywise again. mkay? He was awesome. I-I can't wait to see the remake of IT on Sci-Fi.

Well, anyway, sorry if I sound really stupid with all the CAPITAL LETTERS, but.....it was that bad.......GAAAAAH!!!!!!!

I-I need to watch a good movie. R-right away! Where's my copy of Citizen Kane?!
21  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Star Wars Battlefront III surfaces on: 3 January 2009, 15:13:22
I feel the same way, but, I never felt at any moment the two other prequels were bad. I always had a certain special place in my heart for PM because of the Pod-Race sequence (I went through a large Pod-Racer fanboyism thing) and for the warm feeling you get. Also, the original Battledroids just light everything up with their funny nature. Plus, I have always loved droids in Star Wars. (especially IG-88 <o )

Episode 2 I kinda got surprised with, but: It was Star Wars, so I just thought it was automatically good by default. I know, not really fair, but at my young age, I never read anything or heard anybody else opinion other than my friends', which were the same age as me. And one of the things that really caught my interest was seeing Yoda go all Jedi ape ##### with Count Dooku. I was SO surprised.

Then I saw the Clone Wars cartoon (the old one that was a two parter on Cartoon Network) and then I was introduced to General Grievous. And damn. He's just.......the #####. And when he was in Episode 3 in live action, I was so happy. Even though he got his ass handed to him, it was still fun to watch him.

Anyway, I loved Episode 3. I get chills whenever I watch it. (the music really helps there, and the final fights) I felt a really strong sympathy for all of the characters, and how much their lives just sucked. I do admit, how Anakin (spelled right?) started to become darker does feel a bit rushed. It's almost like his emo wussyness really comes over him at a fast speed. And seeing Darth Vader scream "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" actually made me chuckle. But I still felt bad for him. Palpatine is a dick, no?

I have all of them on DVD, so I could rewatch them and my opinion on them might change since I would be paying more attention.

Why? Is Protoman weak in MM9?
24  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Matricians: Show your Avatars! on: 3 January 2009, 06:56:13
Oh well then. Maybe when TMMN gets the music back up, they'll have the tracks uploaded. (hopefully with both versions, cause the SNES version sucks.)

And Tomahawk Man and Knight Man.
Agreed.

Tomahawk Man's stage music kind makes me more proud to be an Indian, while Knight Man's makes me feel a little (very little) cooler to be an American. Cause, you know, an AMERICAN designed Knight Man. Ha
28  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: Casting call for MegaMan: The Movie on: 3 January 2009, 05:32:08
The problem with FF is how a lot of games were only released in Japan. At least I think so.......
29  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: Casting call for MegaMan: The Movie on: 3 January 2009, 05:29:43
I would love to ignore what just transpired, but I think I should mention that I have a vein popping out the side of my forehead over this post;

Well, not alternate universe. More like alternate time. I'm sure Majora's Mask still existed in the time Link left in OoT. Someone else must have defeated him.
What? Was it confusing? It's pretty simple to understand for me.

I agree with you that Phantom Menace was good (Jar Jar Binks doesn't ruin anything.) But I do like Revenge of the Sith. The soundtrack (awesome), visuals, plot, and acting were all good.

You're right with the whole cluttered thing. EVERYTHING is drawn. Be it the buttons or the borders.

But, I only use the Game Hints pages.

EDIT: The site was mentioned in Rezs' comic: Ask Dr. Wily.
37  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: The Mega Man 1 Score Thread on: 3 January 2009, 03:48:57
Well, I am easily amused with Mega Man related things. I even like Star Force.

But, for me, the only real problem I have with the Zero series is how they had to change the art style so drastically.

BTW, that's a pretty low score, Rez.
38  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: The Mega Man 1 Score Thread on: 3 January 2009, 03:29:39
That's the only problem I have with the game.

BTW, I like that series.

I never beat the game with both. I beat it with bass, then made it to the last King part of the second King stage as Mega Man, and that's it. I had an easier time playing Mega Man Zero.
41  MegaMan Series / Battle Network Series / Re: Which Battle Network Game is Best? (Poll) on: 3 January 2009, 03:15:26
I'm sorry (kinda), but MMHP must be full of MMZ and Axl fans too. And people that like horses or something. ... Horses.
Um....only one person runs the site (a.k.a, makes the reviews and types everything.)

I'm pretty sure it will be great. Pretty sure indeed.

As long as it isn't based off the Clone Wars Cartoon that was based off the old Clone Wars cartoon, I'm happy.
48  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: The Mega Man 1 Score Thread on: 3 January 2009, 01:53:42
And MM&B 2.

What about MM8? "Slide! Slide! Jump! Jump!"

nuff said.

I read that whole comic. I don't remember him saying anything about this. Then again, it was long, and I only read it once........

You didn't like the show?
Not really. Maybe it was because I was too young to understand anything. I'll try watching it again when it's on TV.
