1  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Mega Man Amiibo! on: 30 January 2015, 09:05:38
So psyched to have just received this! It's actually really good quality and can level up and stuff when you battle with or against it in smash bros!

Glad to see Mega Man getting some love these days!

2  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Marvel Vs Capcom 3 on: 21 April 2010, 12:28:15
Rumours abound, as well as a trailer posted up on the 'net.

Could this mean the return of Mega Man in High Def?

Looks like he's on the roster on the wikipedia page, anyway.

4  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Tatsunoko Vs Capcom on: 10 July 2008, 13:00:29
Oooh, the trailer has a megaman legends stage in it. That might mean...

Capcom's next crossover game has received lots of hype ever since release. For those who don't know who the hell or what Tatsunoko is, it's the anime company responsible for Speed Racer, Gatchaman (G-Force), Karas, Yatterman, Casshern, Samurai Pizza Cats and co-produced EVA with Gainax.

Roster confirmed so far:

Tatsunoko

Eagle Ken (Ace Goodheart) - Gatchaman/G-Force
Casshern - Neo-Human Casshern
Tekkaman - Tekkaman: Space Knight
Yatterman #1 - Yatterman
Hurricane Polymar - Hurricane Polymar
Gold Lightan - Golden Warrior Gold Lightan

Capcom

Ryu - Street Fighter
Chun-Li - Street Fighter 2
Alex - Street Fighter 3

Batsu - Rival Schools
Soki - Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams
5  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Megaman Soccer: Greatest Game Ever on: 26 February 2008, 13:54:26
I was having the usual argument with my friends over how great/rubbish Megaman is, and somehow Megaman Soccer came up in conversation. They didn't believe me when I told them that there was actually a game where you can play soccer as Robot Masters. Anyway, long story short we all came over to my house, put it on (with no idea how to play) and started soccering away.

Holy cow, this game is the most entertaining thing on god's green Earth. After an hour of playing (and we couldn't stop), we'd gone through the entire spectrum of human emotion.

The happiness that comes from scoring a goal.
The sadness that follows when your controls go spastic randomly.
The anger of never being able to control the person you want to.
The regret after choosing Woodman as a team member.
The irritation of realising that power shots = free goals.

After three hours of playing this crap, and perfecting our seemingly unblockable strategies only to find counters for them time and time again, after accidentally choosing Woodman (or maybe not accidentally, maybe deep down we all believe that he isn't just an immobile piece of junk that could never score, tackle or save a goal if his little robotic heart depended on it) too many times...

...We've decided that this is the best Megaman game of all time.
6  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Panda's Artbox on: 2 January 2008, 12:57:35
The box is metaphorical, the art is not.

And no, the dog is not a furry, it's just a dog. With a towel. And possibly armour.
7  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Christmas! on: 24 December 2007, 12:54:24
