I like vikings better than pirates. At least when I meet vikings, we can like... TALK. And bargain goods and services. And drink. And be friends and #####. Pirates are always just like "abfhebfehfaewdfewfeePOO". Well, at least the male ones anyway. Why does anyone care about who'd win in the first place?
WHY SHOULD ANYONE CARE ABOUT ANYTHING?! God! It's for fun!

About 90% of the people who don't like 4e haven't played it.
Not here. Role playing outside of a video game setting is weird to me.
I went to a Halloween party once. Good booze, good music, and a huge ass bonfire. As the night wore on, and I interacted with the people there that I knew, I realized that everyone else was acting strangely. It was then that it occurred to me; Sometime while I was drinking and socializing, everyone else started roleplaying that they were vampires and having duels and such, proclaiming "SPARKS JUMP FROM THE FIRE AND BURN YOUR FACE!!" and the other guy would grab his face and fall down screaming. Here, I'd thought they were dressed up like idiots because it was Halloween.
I left shortly thereafter.
Moral of the story: There's no way NOT to look dorky when you RP
RP like that is TOTALLY different than tabletop RP. For one thing, you don't have to dress up and behave like an idiot.
It's called LARPing and it's extremely stupid. But funnily parodied. I have something called dignity.
You're a furry and you know it.

Drawn sprites allow for a slighter higher resolution and fluidity of movement that allows a high-end graphical system to make the most out of a 2D system. Imagine Mega Man X on the SNES.
Now imagine what could be done if the sprites were at HD resolution. Obviously, just spriting them by MSPaint isn't going to work out so well. Drawing them does.
I also think it lends more to the style of the game.
It makes the animation more fluid and everything flows nicer, from what I've seen in the trailers.
That might be true except that what I said about how if it's done well in either medium, it's done well. You can say that HD MMX would be better, but that's just obvious since they didn't even have to possibility to make sprites that way back then. I think in this day and age they could probably sprite something much more complicated than back then that would have great resolution. And the fluidity of the animation is based more on how well they animate, and not the medium. I've seen incredible animations with paint. I've seen great animations with MS Paint. The fact I've seen better animations more often in the traditional pencil medium isn't important, that craft is just older and more refined. So again what I mean is, if it's done well in either medium, it will be great. An apple is an apple, red or green or yellow.

Yeah. It's not like I haven't beaten up giant robots before, that thing ain't #####. Go read old comic jams you punk! Can he beat up the original green ranger when the original green ranger was evil and had that original green ranger green candle burning to give him, the original green ranger, power or whatever it did to the original green ranger?
The Aestevalis is an advanced piece of machinery capable of more fluid movements than any of the power Zords available to the Green Ranger at any time. It has it's own distortion force field and a progressive knife like weapon. Beyond the range of the main ship's power transfer, it has a limited battery, but the machine is easily powerful enough to destroy the thing in such a short time.
On the other hand, Kamina's Gurren Lagann runs on Spiral Energy (or so I read, I've only watched four episodes, the show is OK). Spiral Energy is the virulent life force existent in all evolving beings that causes them to advance and evolve, and after a certain point of evolution can be used to induce advancement in non-liking things as well. It's a dangerous power, but it can far outmatch the Aestevalis.
THIS HAS BEEN GIANT ROBOT TIME WITH DR. CHRON
I SAID CAN HE BEAT UP THE ORIGINAL GREEN RANGER! I DON'T CARE IF HIS MECHA CAN BEAT UP THE ORIGINAL GREEN RANGER'S ORIGINAL GREEN DRAGON ZORD THAT IS CONTROLLED BY THE ORIGINAL GREEN RANGER'S ORIGINAL GREEN DRAGGER-FLUTE WHILE THE ORIGINAL GREEN RANGER IS SAFELY SOMEWHERE AWAY FROM THE BATTLE!

You never experienced the true thrill of a quadra-block dropping battle on the furious green screen? YOU WERE NEVER LOCKED IN MORTAL MAN-TO-MAN COMBAT IN THE FIRST MULTIPLAYER HANDHELD FUN TIME THING EVER?
Uuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar gh
I think Qix was also multiplayer but that game sucked
ASR is completely void of a soul, having not played head to head Tetris. Which was possibly one of the best things ever in time.

Not really, but The Nanny was on when I was posting and I always did find her pretty good looking so I thought it would be funny. Funnier than someone you'd expect, at least.

Nothing like a fedora. You'll have to U-Googly it.
I want a photo of a giant (like Galactus-sized) Mikero with eight arms like an eastern god standing atop the Giza pyramids (one foot on each of the smaller two, and the big one can be wherever), eating Jaffa Cakes out of the box with two hands (box in one hand, Jaffa Cake eating with another), sipping on a straw connected to a can of a soda of your choice (but not any kind of root beer, Mountain Dew, or cream soda) which is in a third hand, and just do cool and/or badass stuff with the other hands. Or don't. As long as the rest is there.
OR OR OR
A picture of Mikero, giant like before, riding the Sphinx (which leaves a sandy storm in it's wake) who is roaring and standing on his back two kitty legs as they stand proudly atop the Hollywood sign in California. Mikero is holding a super crazy flaming sword up in the air and drinking from a bottle of milk with the other hand (no milk mustache please). He only has two arms in this one, don't worry. And then down on the ground at Hollywood & Vine we see Fran Drescher (How she looked in The Nanny, though. Not that she looks bad now...) looking up at Mikero with heart-eyes as she is in love.
Yes, seriously. I think either of those would be hilarious.
Jaffa Cakes are like cookies, kind of sort of, by the way. I don't expect you to know what they are as they are from the UK (and delicious, I keep a box in my freezer and have one occasionally).
