2501  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: That ol' Sprite Thread on: 9 December 2007, 03:51:29
Noob question.

What program do you use to make sprites?

Notepad.

Or MSPaint.

Real men use Notepad.
2502  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: The Super Special PBnJ Adventure Cartoon Thread (Updated! Dec 8th) on: 9 December 2007, 03:50:32
WHY THAT ROTTEN LITTLE FUNGUS!
What drama!

or perhaps this will get some 3x action :O
2503  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: MegaMan Matrix: VIRUS Attack!! (Development Topic) on: 9 December 2007, 03:47:52
Great! That makes it quadruply indirect.
Now we just need to make the original sprite Yubi used as reference out of yours, and we have infinite recursive sprite creation and the universe will end.
2504  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: Everyone vs Everyone on: 9 December 2007, 03:46:13
Oh, great.
Sano's fecal matter appears to have gained sentience.

Someone sound the level 4 alarms.
Back to the original, I'm a little unclear on what's going on.
Are you going to add characters to the image or do something based on it, because I can't figure it out.

'tis a fun image, btw
2505  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: Webstats are funny! on: 9 December 2007, 03:39:55
Nall is ever present above Dragonmaster Alex's head.
actually, no, he's probably copulating with ruby but whatever
2506  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Your favorite animes, and why you like them on: 8 December 2007, 15:54:15
Doesn't matter, both are good.

I've only seen The Slayers, out of those, so I have no idea what the others are like.
Although I've heard from a reliable source they are not worth my time.

Unless I EAT IT FIRST.
I think the lobster bread would go great with lobster bisque.
2510  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Your favorite animes, and why you like them on: 8 December 2007, 14:32:45
I haven't been into this for a while, but I liked a bunch of the older stuff.
Most recent thing I like is Azumanga Daioh, and even then that was like the last of the last.

Gotta love Outlaw Star and The Slayers.

For anything new that catches my interests...
... maybe Welcome to NHK or Death Note, I suppose.

Lucky Star tries to be Azumanga and fails.
Naruto is just Dragon Ball Z with ninja, as I've said before.
2511  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: WWII Vets are Badasses on: 8 December 2007, 14:23:23
We're talking about the one with Ferris Beuler, right?

Beuler? Beuler? Beuler? Beuler?

(Who wasn't expecting someone to do that?)

The character's name is Ferris Bueller.

Couldn't remember at all.
Should have Googled but did not care.
Speaking in first person imperative.
2512  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: What game are you playing? on: 8 December 2007, 14:10:37
Currently playing Oblivion.
Man, this game is long.

you'd think those Oblivion gates would be hard to find, but no, every like five steps I find one

There were a bunch of animals outside.
I shot them with arrows.

Also, I stopped a gang of women from robbing men they lured with sexual favors.
They were beaten to death with my fists.

I closed two oblivion gates and saved guard from a ladyspider.
They were shot with arrows.

I found an immortal necromancer who had cursed a house that I mistakenly bought. His powers were amazing, and he was made manifest on a clear mistake on my part.
He was also beaten to death with my fists.

I forgot that this is my favoritest comic ever.

Hahaha, Dr.
I love how you say that because you want a friend to join you and Sano in the Wasteland.
It's cute.

But no freebies, sorry~ <3
2520  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The Bread Thread on: 8 December 2007, 02:28:10
God, that DOES sound delicious.

???

Mmm, like it?

I've seen moldier bread in my time.
Heck, I made it that way. You know, if you take samples of mold from all around the neighborhood you can totally make awesome pictures with bread mold and stuff.
One time I made this one that was like red and brown and orange and runny.
Mostly runny, but still.
2521  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: On a scale of 1 to 10, how good do you think your Mega Man playable skills a on: 8 December 2007, 01:55:20
Way to miss the subtle irony there, Capn'.

2523  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The Bread Thread on: 8 December 2007, 01:46:52
No, it was funny.
And bread-related.

Speaking of which:

EGG BREAD.
Who else loves it?

gotta have some soup with it
2524  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: The waste land? on: 8 December 2007, 01:39:26
A place to keep the locked topics to show people just what sort of behavior we don't tolerate here would be nice, although it is somewhat meh and unnecessary.

This topic seems like prime material for the Wasteland.

I vote Sano for Moderator of the Wasteland.

2528  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Steam Powered on: 8 December 2007, 01:31:17
Portal by itself is like $10, man. Easy money.

HL is brilliant. HL2 is brilliant. The episodes are brilliant and so is Portal. If angels could write software, that's what it'd look like.

And that's the story of why I want to work for Valve.
Then again, I want to make a jRPG, but whatever. Fat chance I ever get to make a game anyway.
2529  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Super Mario Galaxy on: 8 December 2007, 01:29:28
Engine development is costly, so they try to use as much old code as possible to help things along
They could totally make more games per console, but developing the ideas... graphics...
... music...
All very time consuming and costly.

Honestly, I'm happier with the sparse interval of the games, since it means we get more quality.
Unlike certain developers that spew out game after game without regard to long term cost benefits of developing a superb game.

Certain developers.
Also known as Capcom.
2530  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: On a scale of 1 to 10, how good do you think your Mega Man playable skills a on: 8 December 2007, 01:25:55
Guys, guys.
It's okay if he wants to be here. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, and Battle Network is technically a Mega Man game.

It's okay.
It's alright

Nibbles has been hungry anyway.
2531  MegaMan Series / Legends Series / Re: Would YOU pay 15 MILLION for a Legends 3? on: 8 December 2007, 01:23:39
I'm almost ashamed to have this guy trying to support the Legends cause.

Actually, I am ashamed, but I'd rather dodge any offensive remarks by coyly not making an effort to insul...
... whoops.

2533  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: 20th Anniversary Rock Arrange Album on: 8 December 2007, 01:19:12
Hmm. Not bad stuff.
Update this post when I listen to most of it.

Thanks.

These were all quite good, although I can't help but feel they farked up a bit on Wily Castle 1 from MM2. Which is a good song, but it's okay since there are many other versions of it.

I'm happy about the second Cossack stage remix, myself.
Dr. Cossack is my hero.
2534  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Super Mario Galaxy on: 7 December 2007, 20:11:25
;_; Every time I hear about Galaxy I want to play it even more.

...?

Anyway, Fludd should have been limited to a quarter of the stages, or something like that... it was the over-reliance that stunk the funk.

I've never really understood why so many people have a problem with the FLUDD device. I thought it was really quite clever, and brought an aspect of mobility to the standard Mario run & jump that flowed quite well. The levels are designed around use for it quite nicely.

Then again, I love Sunshine, so whatever.
2535  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The Bread Thread on: 7 December 2007, 20:07:48
Diet Dr. Pepper isn't so foul.
Then again, Dr. Pepper is so awesome that even the diet incarnation can't be bad.

Certain types of processed white flour are bad for you, but junk like pasta flour (semolina), whole wheat... all good.

Which is fine by me, since I think white breads taste foul, especially the sliced loaf kind that come in packages next to the good bread.

WHOLE GRAIN FOR LIFE.
2536  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: What did YOU do while MMM was down? Update us on you. on: 7 December 2007, 20:02:19
It has nothing to do with the mop I jammed into the quick defrost mechanism hatch.
Totally.
2537  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: "Un"Official Brawl Update Topic on: 7 December 2007, 19:59:22
It is a pretty cool idea.
I have to admit it reminds me a lot of Captain N, though!

The awesome thing is that they don't use items specifically because it breaks the advantage that wavedashing and glitching gives the handful of characters who can do it well.
On the other hand, Luigi would die a horrible death without wavedashing :P

I know this all too well, since I can't wavedash, and I had the great misfortune of playing Smash against a regular group of people yesterday, choosing Luigi because, hey, he's green, and WAM.
Ass handed to me on a silver platter when someone swapped controls mid-game with an ace playing Shiek.

Oh, god no.
2538  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Who should be in Brawl? (you saw this coming) on: 7 December 2007, 19:57:09
MARIIIIINA.
Why do I know who that is if I've never played the game?

Oh, well, you're right. It would be awesome to include some Treasure stuff.
Even if I can never have my Gunstar Heroes dudes in Smash, Marina is a close second, right?

It has other objects in it, actually, and eventually you get to the deck of the ship.
It's sort of a neat dynamic thing, but yes, the main stage layout seems somewhat bare.
2547  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: Any ideas for the future of MMM? on: 6 December 2007, 16:34:39
Maybe something short and sweet like what I have, or just a single image banner.
Smallish. Suggest 500x100 if you go that route.
2548  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Matricians: What are YOU getting for Christmas? on: 6 December 2007, 16:25:55
I may be getting a digital camera or Super Mario Galaxy.

If it were solely up to me, I'd rather not go through with the mess of it.

I still can't give any presents since I have no income, so I still feel bad about getting any.
2549  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Matricians: Show your Avatars! on: 6 December 2007, 16:23:02
I've decided to go for something a little more Chron like.
This was a test of the interlaced-PNG format's abilities. I lurve it.

I await animated interlaced PNGs with much fervor (for general use).
