A lot of stuff that was originally targeted at kids (like comic books) have evolved with the kids they were originally intended for. Those kids have grown up and the appeal of comics or Pokemon or (the biggest and most obvious of these examples:) video games have broadened alongside them.

That's another factor about it, but anyway, that's already pretty much established and I think this topic should be over with.

The point is we're probably not getting, at the very least, a Volcanic looking Robot Master. It would be like making a snowy robot on skis and naming him Snow Man.

I don't know about you, but whenever I hear that kind of stuff about certain games or hobbies, I tend to not really care what that person says about it. I've SEEN respectable adults (both young and old) play Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic, Marvel, Duel Masters, Legos, Mega Man, etc.

It's the same kind of crap I hate when people diss you for playing Mega Man because they see you playing Mega Man 2. Your point? They like the game, whether you like it or not.

I also realize games like Halo get a bad reputation but that's somewhat different because they earned it. It's still pretty crappy when people judge a book by it's cover.

I personally believe he needs to go back to the drawing board with about half of his Robot Masters he has, and although he shows signs of improvement in his music development, it's still random noise.

Upon further inspection, on the bottom image, there's NINE "Robot Masters", two of them that aren't present in the top banner image.

Um...

That means we would have more than 10 Robot Masters, counting Sheep Man and Commando Man, but to be honest, their designs are nothing like these..

And come on, Capcom, seriously? Hammer Man and Nail Man?

Again, all the NES Megaman games are good.  It's just that MM6 could have been alot better.

Oh and from the website.  That's definatly the sports robot's theme. 

Actually, there's quite a handful that could have been a lot better, but the Classic games never seem to become awful. They're good in some way.

Also... I don't know whether to laugh or not but... did anybody notice this? It looked familiar and would you know it, I confirmed it. Capcom stole from MegaPhilX.

Mega Man 3 had a weird game engine going on, the game play just felt a little different. I'm picky about the game I guess, but there's just a ton of stuff I felt went wrong with the game. It just felt awkward.

Mega Man 6 was fun if you used the ONLY gimmick that made it fun: The Rush power-ups. Mostly, Rush Jet. The bad thing is the game just lacked a lot of creativity and challenge, so you were bored by the time you got to the Wily Stages (if not sooner).

But Mega Man 9 to me was almost perfect. If anything, I want it to be just like that.

I thought MM3 was meh. It was enjoyable though.

But I don't get a MM3 or MM6 vibe from this, but something DOES tell me this won't be as good as MM9. I don't know.

Also, Roll gets equipped with Swine Flu.

Also, on the subject about MMPU2, I hardly care anymore. It's been too long and I doubt Capcom will make the changes necessary for it to be better than the first and meet to #2's expectations. The first major step would be to NOT put it on the PSP, but I doubt that will happen, so let's just hope they get smart and allow you to customize stages in Old Style.

I think I only liked the ADD button change, although at the same time I never cared for 15 chips. I'm okay with 10.

What at LEAST needed to be changed was damaging when you use a chip that freezes time. When they started doing that in BN2, the game felt a lot smoother.

All they did was make your opponent "shake" when they were hit.

I'm sure the game is good (and that's being fairly nice), but why would you play it when there are better games out there? The original one still does a better job.

I know. It's just a good turn of events. I'm just hoping it won't "turn" again.

And I liked Splash Woman only because it made sense. She was a Mermaid robot master, something that only exists as a female.

However, it has made people spawn a bunch of female robot masters in their fan work.

MegaMan's Soccer is not a good game.

Regardless, I want to play it.

I've heard someone say "Hit me up on Facebook", but I've never had someone "Facebook me."

I'm not sure if any of the Mega Man X games are on VC yet, but I'm expecting MM4 and MM5 to be released before MM10 is. Later, you might get MM6.

But we're still missing a few good games like Mega Man Soccer, Mega Man Wily Wars and Mega Man 7.

I wonder if Capcom is willing to make a special Mega Man 8 on Wiiware?

If they did that, and then added Mega Man Soccer onto VC, that'd be most excellent.

We're most likely going to be seeing Mega Man 4, Mega Man 5, and possibly Mega Man 6 though.

I'm already thinking Chill Man and Toxic Man, both of which are Robot Masters I've designed personally. I hope they don't use them for that reason.

Other than that, I'm guessing Sand Man.
