I use Jewel Satelite in that stage anyway, so I still think Plug Ball is dumb in comparison.
Jewel Satelite takes out those things easy.
EDIT: Oh you mean Jewel man's stage. I'm thinking about the yellow things in Plug Man's. >.>;

Powered Up is in 3D.
X7 was an attempt to 3D gameplay and it was an abomination. X8 went back to more of a 2D style, so I disagree. Capcom will do whatever gets their sales goin'. They know the Classic Mega Man, X, Zero, and ZX games are 2D platformers and they'll stick to a working formula.
I highly highly HIGHLY doubt Capcom's dumb enough to make an X9 a virtual copy of X7.

Yeah, it's like a Gravity Hold and Tornado Hold all in one. Posted on: 25 September 2008, 04:46:38
... I swear... I attempted the Headbanging challenge. I fought Splash Woman without my helmet. I had more than half my health there. One hit from a trident, and I was gone. What... the crap.

Well if that's the case, I stand corrected.
Only Tornado Blow sucks.
... well. Sorta. It's better than Gravity Hold. You can at least reach higher surfaces. If only it actually killed enemies on screen rather than make them go WHOOSH BYE BYE.

I beat everyone with a buster only.
Xero's right. Splash Woman is pathetic. If you hug the wall, you'll most likely dodge all the trident blasts.
Hornet Man and Plug Man are difficult as crap. They make me run all around the room. I like that.
Galaxy Man is simple. Concrete Man too.
Tornado Man is about medium. It's sometimes hard to try to nail a hit and dodge all the tornadoes. Jewel Man is the same way, but really, it was like a combination of fighting Plant Man and Crash Man. He jumps if you jump, so it's easy to pass.
Magma Man is fun. You just gotta know where he's gonna jump.

Wait. Mega Man Network doesn't have MM9 music up for download. Abe's got it on the radio though.
WANT.
THEY DO HAS IT DUMFACE
LOOK CLOSER
They've actually had it for at least a week now I think.
Well, like Fatso linked to, it's not there now. It's the same as how it looked earlier today. If Abe's bringing up the site this weekend though, I'm looking forward to the music.

And Pluto is no longer a planet.
Seriously, who decides arbitrary ##### like that?
I mentioned something like that in my speech class, something about Pluto and someone quickly replied, "Pluto's not a planet anymore..." "I DON'T CARE I'M CALLING IT A PLANET DON'T SCREW WITH MY HEAD"

And well over 25% of the challanges are IMPOSSIBLE. "Beat the game without getting hit"? What the #####? 99.9% of the human species couldn't do that. It's just utterly retarded, and takes all the fun out of doing REALISTIC challanges because you know no matter what you'll never get 100% on it. It's like Inticreates just made ##### up for challanges without giving a rats ass if they could even be done. Oh wait, this is Inticreates. Sorry, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. That being said, I filled up 24% of the challanges on my first play through.
Yeah, I totally agree. I'm looking at these challenges thinking "I've got SOOOOO many other things to do that are actually WORTH my time and effort." And I have 24% as well. I'm not gonna bother on the challenges. They're stupid.

Mega Man & Bass is the hardest out of them all.
I thought it was pretty difficult, if you make it that way anyway. Try playing this game without shopping if you want difficult. No E-tanks except for what you scavenge.
I'd put this higher than MM3 or MM7 personally. Not quite MM2, but it's close. I'm gonna play it again sometime this week.

Yeah, I like that logo too, and I'll end up using it for something.
Anyway, no rebirth today... It's gonna have to wait til the weekend.
The radio is all-8-bit to celebrate Classic MM's return, for now.
Oh this is one sweet day. Posted on: 22 September 2008, 23:39:41

I enjoyed it. Had I rushed it really, I would've beat it in 3 hours.
That was incredibly fun, and pretty difficult. Not overwhelming, but it satisfies.
I sorta wish it was longer. MM4-6 had four "final" stages and then four Wily Stages. I was expecting four Light stages or something.
EDIT: Also, yeah. I actually bought the Roll Costume. That was incredibly stupid. I didn't bother with the hairstyle book.
Just use your monies on E-Tanks and stuff.

I just beat Mega Man 9. Viewing the credits.
That was excellent.
"This is where you went wrong Wily..."
"And this time..."
"And this time..."
"AND THIS TIME..."
"AAAAND THIS TIME..."
Credits are nice.
