I tried to finish Mirror's Edge. The damn game was so fun at first and now it's just dragging on and on, and I very much hate it at this point.
I'm on the last chapter. I'd have beat it by now but problem is it keeps freezing after the very long climbing part. Like, it took me a half an hour to climb the damn thing on my first try and then it froze. No problem, I'll load the game up and start at the last checkpoint.
Only problem is, the last checkpoint is before the annoyingly long climb.
I tried three times. It freezes in the exact same spot every time.
Disc isn't even scratched... arrgh... I'm just letting the PS3 cool down now, but I doubt its overheating because it freezes at the exact same spot...

Today I coughed up blood.
An hour later I remembered I ate a ton of red candies. Felt extremely relieved afterward.
Today I've been mostly watching Dragonball. I've never seen the entire series before and I've always been interested in it.

Someone's having a fit!
I finally found Dexter season 1 after sneaking out of the hotel and walking in the freezing winds for a half an hour to get to a Rodgers. Last one they had. Happy, though my parents were wondering why I was away for so long. Anyway, at home and wrapped all of my presents and I'm set.
Y'know, as much as I love getting presents and as much as I try to get the best presents for everyone, I don't enjoy Christmas nearly as much as New Years. Dunno why though.

Club Nintendo has existed since the NES days, although it was known as Club Mario before.
It only now has came to North America, but Europe had it for years (with Japan having it the longest, obviously).
In Club Nintendo, you can get get coins for the games you buy and by doing surveys. You trade the coins for shop goodies, like it costs 800 coins to "buy" the Game&Watch Comilation for the DS (which is not sold in stores).

I've agreed with everything Edge said about FFVII.
I've played and beat it a very long time ago. I remember loving every second of it, I just can't remember why. A long time ago after that, I disliked it just because it has so many fans. Coming here made me a smarter person on opinions, and I realize that it's stupid to hate it for such a reason, especially since I had so much fun with.
Playing it now, I can remember why I had fun with it. So yes, I agree, it's a good game, but it's highly overrated. The translation is terrible and the materia system is broken because of the fact that everyone can be the same. But those are my only real big beefs about it.
I'm on Disc 3. I'm more than powerful enough for Sephiroth, but I want to try to master all of my materia and get the Master Materia from all of the Huge Materias.
Then I'll try my hand on Emerald and Ruby WEAPONS but I doubt I can even manage to scratch them. x_x

I didn't give it a second thought.
On the matter of J.K. Rowling's writing, I did think it was bad... but there was something about it that kept me addicted to the books.
I guess I just prefer bad writing to incredibly detailed writing. Which I think I do.

Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, AND PS2.
The Wii version is different from the other versions gameplay wise. There are different levels (and apparently more warehog levels). But the story and FMVs are the same.

I'll never play it and never care about never playing it.
Eh? I thought people here were excited that Trigger was going to be one of the characters. :/ Or maybe that was just Rez or something...

Is it a good thing that he can talk?
Today my friends and I went to that Anime shop Mike mentioned earlier in this thread.
Since it couldn't be a 5 minute bus ride, it had to be a 15 minute walk. Except it took us 40 minutes because of how much snow there was due to people not shoveling sidewalks.
God damn it was wet. And they didn't have my One Piece DVDs either! But we're going back one day because they did have tons of stuff. And I mean TONS.
I bought the complete set of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, though. $40.

Apparently the world gets changed a lot.
And doing that side quest is often a lose-lose situation.
You either marry the person or you make them commit suicide. If you're pure it's a lose-lose situation but otherwise you could just make them commit suicide.

I never read books. I'm struggling reading a 200 page novel right now. The only books I've ever been so engrossed in was the Harry Potter books, and I'm not sure why. I was very addicted to them.
But if I see this book sometime, I will probably buy it just because you heavily recommend it. But I probably won't finish it. :/

Now that I'm home and I see that its only 5:05, I realize how long that party was.
Indeed.
Loads of fun though.
We watched a bunch of Christmas movies (Rudolf, Grinch, etc) and we opened our presents. We did a Secret Santa thing. I got a sweater, which I actually wanted because I only have 5 sweaters, and that's two less for an entire week.
I also bought chocolates for everyone. Alcohol chocolates. I was so damn nervous buying that at the self checkout, thinking someone was going to stop me or something. But I got through, which gives me a good idea on how easy it is to buy alcohol now a days. But anyway, I only had two and they were both bleh. Everyone else enjoyed it, though.
Oh, and of course we played loads of video games. Mostly Final Fantasy VII with me, Metal Gear Solid with one of my friends, and Super Mario RPG with another friend.

Funny, I've been having cell phone problems too.
First my friend calls me out of no where, asking why I called and hanged up. I didn't call him anytime before that.
Then my mom calls me out of no where, asking why I called and hanged up. I didn't call her anytime before that either.
It's going to start #####ing with people's minds if it doesn't stop and will start to annoy everyone around me.
Me? I find it amusing but am confused as to why it would call for no reason. While its in sleep mode, too.

I haven't played through the first one either but from what my friends tell me (and from what I saw them do) it looks like you explore the same world with a few references but that seems to about it.

ASCII WORKS!
It was ONLY 200 lines of code! *eye twitch*
Bidding should also theoretically work. Next is the game itself (including AI for the dealer).
I love my code. ;D
(Yes I know 10 looks weird but there's no way to make it look exactly like the card without expanding the sizes)
