Probably not worth your time. It's got rather high production value for a story-based children's game show from BBC, and the host really gets into character, but beyond that I was not terribly impressed.

My thumbdrive is basically a miniature install of my entire computer sans critical components/OS - of course, I rarely use any computer other than this one and I rarely use the thumbdrive for anything at all, so it's yet to really pay off, but in the occasion that I ever have to use a computer without Winamp (gasp) I have a backup plan.

iTunes defaults CD ripping as M4A (AAC unprotected), so that's probably your own setting. I gave up a long time ago and started ripping WAVs instead and just encoding them myself if I need portability.

I know, but whenever someone points out a problem with someone else's grammar, I get all self-conscious about mine and shift into nitpicking mode.

FLAC is only one step below raw in terms of filesize anyway, but for example the size of iTunes music files is such that they couldn't be any better than 192kbps, which is only borderline acceptable for me, which is why I've moved to self-encoding from raw instead.

Video quality is whatever it is for me (although it's nice, it is by no means necessary as long as I can see what I need to see), but audio quality is a necessity and is the root of my problem with online music vending. I didn't pay for a #####ty 128kbps MP3 (if I'm lucky it might even be stereo) that chunks out at the first cymbal hit. I payed for a song I can listen to. Send me the uncompressed audio, I'll handle the rest.

If you like Metroidvania games I recommend Order of Ecclesia, I've had lots of fun with it although these days I only ever play DS on the bus to and from school.

"We're the Robots" is a four-star for me, as well as "Flash in the Dark", but the third tune (for which I don't have the name because I'm too lazy to boot up my ZEN) is borderline atrocious and the fourth (again, don't have the name) another four-star but only BARELY.

In contrast, MM1-7 have five-star fortress tunes STRAIGHT ACROSS THE BOARD, and most of MM8's fortress themes were better than its RM themes. MM&B I haven't played enough to remember and I don't have any rips to rate anyway.

The fortress tunes were very weak. Mega Man fortress themes are not ALLOWED to be weak.

For the entire month of November I'll be pouring about 95% of my spare time into National Novel Writing Month, so expect me to be largely inactive, and if I'm not largely inactive expect it to be because I'm not paying attention in class again.

Writing is about a lot of thinking. Thinking about style, thinking about characters, thinking about plot, just THINKING in general. The writing part should happen automatically at that point.
