French is not something a Vancouverite is likely to employ very often Tourist french will do if I ever find myself in Québec, anyway. And I disagree again. I've spent over a year without french and could write it with the same fluency as ever.

I remember there was a vid in Brawl where Luigi did an insane recovery.
It was Side B, Down B, Up B. >_> It looked sweet.
That would be Side B, Down BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB (in one second) and Up B :D I can get almost-full distance with the Down-B trick too. EDIT: Oh, nevermind, what the hell am I thinking? That was Melee.

You don't even need 12 years of French Immersion (which would be a complete waste of my time, as I live in Vancouver), just up to French 10 standard, IIRC.

I really, REALLY want to like this show. The piss-poor job they did of the casting is making it difficult, but I'm trying anyway.
Seriously, what were they thinking when they casted this show? Admittedly, John Connor himself was not terribly done, but Sarah needed to look more than thirtyish years old, and the protector and other Terminator models (though of course a cyborg can look like anything, really) do not seem suitable for killing machines in the way Arnie et al did. I'm of the opinion that they should have hired well-established action actors for this, eg Kiefer Sutherland. The other characters are... what they are.
I will say this about the show, though - it's decently written for something of which I have such a high standard. James Cameron should have been the director or at least "in the loop" though.

MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Who created Zero???

Well I don't now who created ZERO but I think Dr. Willy created ZERO to destroy MEGA MAN what he did but ZERO realized that he did wrong and turn against Dr. Willy but Dr.Willy put him in a time capsule like X after MEGA MAN was destroyed Dr. Tomas Light created MEGA MAN X. Or the guy in the future who found X created ZERO, but its still a question because I actual don't knew.
Pray tell what Dr. Wily was doing while Dr. Willy perpetrated these terrible crimes?!

From the RPM interview: Just a quick, fanboy-ish question, but you're not putting ProtoMan in your movie, are you? Since the get go, he's been in the film since I felt he was that important of a character to have.
In a MM1 movie?? I'm sort of scared at this point, but I'll do my best to enjoy it.

It should be a spinning man with a pointy cone-head.
Right from the start he should have been an amalgamation of Spark Man and Drill Man. They really dropped the ball there.

Sting Chameleon used a lot more spikes in his battle, and he was faster.
I never got to seen any of Spark Mandrill's attacks.
I don't remember the other differences.
You should NEVER get to see any of Spark Mandrill's attacks.

Off the top of my head, I would love to see:
TIE Fighter 2 (or at least another X-Wing game that was ANYWHERE near the first two in terms of sheer awesomeness)
Battlezone 3 (but only if we could dismiss Battlezone 2 as non-canon)

Bottom line, don't do fan work if you don't have a VERY solid understanding/knowledge of what you're writing about.
That never stopped me from writing (what little there was of) my SC fanfics. However, they were not spectacular in the slightest, so it actually becomes case in point. And ever since those crappy-ass, unfinished projects were finally disposed with, I've not really had occasion to attempt anything other than original work. On the other hand, I have half an idea for an MMX fanfic that may or may not emerge in the next 12-18 months.

Granted, but within ten days your motherboard fries.
I wish Unreal Tournament 3 had actually been released as a complete game instead of the halfway-between-beta-and-final-release sort of form it was at launch.

You know, this is just what I wanted all the NES boxarts to look like, since the artsy ones wasn't so nice for the eyes.
I applaud your effort for making these masterpieces.
How dare you insult the Mega Man 3 boxart so?! Enguarde! Back on topic, the stuff looks nice. Can't wait for the relaunch!

Had a bomb threat at my school today. We spent half an hour in lockdown mode (but, my Animation class being what it is, we watched movies instead of being "locked down") then moved out to the church across the road, where we spent the next three hours doing essentially nothing.
Crazy #####ing day.
