No, I'll have to look that one up.

Tis awesome.
1503  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: Real MEGA MAN? on: 16 February 2008, 05:54:32
Now who would try to barricade the Bathroom door!?
I have a sneaking suspicion the butler did it.
1504  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The MOVIE Thread on: 15 February 2008, 23:06:40
Which is why you use CG for the hair.
1505  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: "Un"Official Brawl Update Topic on: 15 February 2008, 18:09:55
Sounds like a pretty cushy job, actually.
1506  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Greatest Maverick on: 15 February 2008, 18:08:33
Well, as we all know, programs can't get syphilis after all.
1507  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Gems on X, Zero, Axl head? on: 15 February 2008, 04:58:09
THEN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE IS GOING TO DIE!!!
1508  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Gems on X, Zero, Axl head? on: 15 February 2008, 04:38:44
But it doesn't make a bit of difference, guys. The balls are inert.
1509  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Gems on X, Zero, Axl head? on: 14 February 2008, 23:48:35
Decoration and or sensors.  Nothing more.
You're ruining their fun.
1510  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Nintendo Wii (Channels and Games) on: 14 February 2008, 23:47:48
Crysis does indeed have a 360 version, but it's not going to look PC-grade, obviously, and of course keyboard+mouse > gamepad any day.
1511  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: Real MEGA MAN? on: 14 February 2008, 05:59:45
French is not something a Vancouverite is likely to employ very often :D Tourist french will do if I ever find myself in Québec, anyway.

And I disagree again. I've spent over a year without french and could write it with the same fluency as ever.
1512  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Greatest Maverick on: 14 February 2008, 05:54:33
Does syphilis cause a total lack of understanding of the discussion topic?
1513  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Maybe you noticed we're not around as much... on: 13 February 2008, 04:01:13
*is hit by Lurker's spine attack* Drat.
1514  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Greatest Maverick on: 13 February 2008, 03:59:00
And sarcasm.
1515  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: "Un"Official Brawl Update Topic on: 13 February 2008, 03:54:27
I remember there was a vid in Brawl where Luigi did an insane recovery.

It was Side B, Down B, Up B. >_> It looked sweet.

That would be Side B, Down BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB (in one second) and Up B :D I can get almost-full distance with the Down-B trick too.

EDIT: Oh, nevermind, what the hell am I thinking? That was Melee.
1516  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Greatest Maverick on: 13 February 2008, 03:50:17
This has been another installment of 'Facepalm Moments for the Ages.' Good night and see you next time!!
1517  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: Real MEGA MAN? on: 13 February 2008, 03:47:23
You don't even need 12 years of French Immersion (which would be a complete waste of my time, as I live in Vancouver), just up to French 10 standard, IIRC.
1518  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Maybe you noticed we're not around as much... on: 13 February 2008, 03:40:59
You're gonna need more additional pylons I reckon.
Too many underlings. Spawn more Overlords!!!
1519  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Matricians: What are you watching? on: 7 February 2008, 01:22:10
I really, REALLY want to like this show. The piss-poor job they did of the casting is making it difficult, but I'm trying anyway.

Seriously, what were they thinking when they casted this show? Admittedly, John Connor himself was not terribly done, but Sarah needed to look more than thirtyish years old, and the protector and other Terminator models (though of course a cyborg can look like anything, really) do not seem suitable for killing machines in the way Arnie et al did. I'm of the opinion that they should have hired well-established action actors for this, eg Kiefer Sutherland. The other characters are... what they are.

I will say this about the show, though - it's decently written for something of which I have such a high standard. James Cameron should have been the director or at least "in the loop" though.
1520  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Who created Zero??? on: 7 February 2008, 01:12:48
Well I don't now who created ZERO but I think Dr. Willy created ZERO to destroy MEGA MAN what he did but ZERO realized that he did wrong and turn against Dr. Willy but Dr.Willy put him in a time capsule like X after MEGA MAN was destroyed Dr. Tomas Light created
MEGA MAN X. Or the guy in the future who found X created ZERO, but its still a question because I actual don't knew.        ???
Pray tell what Dr. Wily was doing while Dr. Willy perpetrated these terrible crimes?!
1521  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: "Un"Official Brawl Update Topic on: 4 February 2008, 03:48:00
All I'm really interested in (pre-release of course) is the Stickerbrush Symphony arrangement.
1522  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: Which Megaman would you want for Super Smash Bros. Brawl on: 25 January 2008, 17:03:56
I think Mike wins this one.
1523  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Need a little help. on: 14 January 2008, 17:20:09
Star Wars: Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron 2

Boo. Flight sims don't play well without a real joystick.
1524  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: Casting call for MegaMan: The Movie on: 10 January 2008, 17:00:01
I always wanted to have a real brother relationship with you!

I don't know if my body can take it.
1525  MegaMan Matrix / MMM General Forum / Re: Casting call for MegaMan: The Movie on: 9 January 2008, 17:14:44
From the RPM interview:

Just a quick, fanboy-ish question, but you're not putting ProtoMan in your movie, are you?
Since the get go, he's been in the film since I felt he was that important of a character to have.

In a MM1 movie?? I'm sort of scared at this point, but I'll do my best to enjoy it.
1526  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Maverick Hunter X on: 9 January 2008, 01:18:43
It should be a spinning man with a pointy cone-head.

Right from the start he should have been an amalgamation of Spark Man and Drill Man. They really dropped the ball there.
1527  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: What game are you playing? on: 8 January 2008, 17:44:31
I've had almost 40 hours on Call of Duty 4 since I got it for Christmas (thought the computer was going to explode, sometimes, the fan was blowing so fast). Level 52, soon to be remedied.
1528  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: The random little online game thread! on: 8 January 2008, 17:34:55
Cyber Nations fills in a ten-minute vacancy in my day, every day. Tremendous fun once it becomes time for war.
1529  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Games you wish had sequels on: 8 January 2008, 17:33:07
I repeat: TIE Fighter 2.
1530  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Some games you may not remember( or ever heard of) on: 8 January 2008, 17:31:33
Raptor: Call of the Shadow - Raiden-style plane shooter, oodles of guns, oodles of power-ups. One of the biggest such games I've ever played.

Star Wars: X-Wing and its follow up, TIE Fighter - simply put, two of the best games of all time.
1531  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Maverick Hunter X on: 8 January 2008, 17:10:35
Sting Chameleon used a lot more spikes in his battle, and he was faster.

I never got to seen any of Spark Mandrill's attacks.

I don't remember the other differences.
You should NEVER get to see any of Spark Mandrill's attacks.
1532  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Fireball in X1 PC version. on: 8 January 2008, 17:08:55
Serious answer: http://www.mmhp.net/GameHints/MMX1.html#Special

It suggests trying full Sub-Tanks as well as full health.
1533  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Games you wish had sequels on: 31 December 2007, 04:19:23
Off the top of my head, I would love to see:

TIE Fighter 2 (or at least another X-Wing game that was ANYWHERE near the first two in terms of sheer awesomeness)

Battlezone 3 (but only if we could dismiss Battlezone 2 as non-canon)
1534  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: The Rise and Fall of the Matrix on: 20 December 2007, 02:33:02
Bottom line, don't do fan work if you don't have a VERY solid understanding/knowledge of what you're writing about.
That never stopped me from writing (what little there was of) my SC fanfics.  However, they were not spectacular in the slightest, so it actually becomes case in point. And ever since those crappy-ass, unfinished projects were finally disposed with, I've not really had occasion to attempt anything other than original work.

On the other hand, I have half an idea for an MMX fanfic that may or may not emerge in the next 12-18 months.
1535  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The corrupted wish game. on: 20 December 2007, 02:11:43
Granted, but within ten days your motherboard fries.

I wish Unreal Tournament 3 had actually been released as a complete game instead of the halfway-between-beta-and-final-release sort of form it was at launch.
1536  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Favorite Stage Enemy. on: 19 December 2007, 17:34:07
Hmm... Ladder Yadder, just for how pathetic they are.
1537  MegaMan Series / X Series / Re: Greatest Maverick on: 19 December 2007, 16:47:08
Godkarmachine O Inary

Most. Awesome. Name. Ever.
1538  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: SKATE on: 18 December 2007, 17:33:24
That was the joke :P
1539  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: What game are you playing? on: 18 December 2007, 17:32:59
Now playing Unreal Tournament 3.

Let me tell you, even on a $1200 computer with a $200 video card, with details set to Medium, it's the best-looking game I've ever played.
1540  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Console Wars on: 18 December 2007, 17:21:08
I do all my hardcore gaming on PC, so I have no need for hardcore games on console. Therefore, Wii gets my vote.
1541  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: Which Megaman would you want for Super Smash Bros. Brawl on: 18 December 2007, 16:53:01
You have no experience with either a) Koreans or b) StarCraft (or c) both) :P

Gotta be Classic MM.
1542  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: MegaMan Birthday countdown! on: 17 December 2007, 17:39:43
Again?! Aww, you're kidding me...
1543  MegaMan Series / Classic Series / Re: Which Stages were most pleasing to two of your senses? on: 17 December 2007, 17:33:55
Another thing about Cutman, didn't he shoot blades out of his megabuster too? At least he did in the show.

Having seen a good portion of the show, I don't think so.
1544  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: SKATE on: 16 December 2007, 20:15:29
I picked it up in like 5 minutes.  You have to be either extremely uncoordinated or have broken thumbs.

Oh, so THAT's the secret! *runs off to get sledgehammer* You will soon ph34r my skatin' skillz!
1545  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The corrupted wish game. on: 16 December 2007, 03:45:12
Granted; however, a vengeful god strikes you down instead.

I wish for an end to the thread.
1546  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: On a scale of 1 to 10, how good do you think your Mega Man playable skills are? on: 16 December 2007, 01:45:48
X: 8 of 10- I can never pass X or X3 for some reason.

Classic:6 of 10-The only Classic I played was Mega Man 8, and the one on the PSP.

For all the rest. am not a big Nintendo fan unless it deals with Pokemon or Super Smash Brothers.

Thats that.
Lol, X1 and X3 are basically the two easiest games in the X series...
1547  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The corrupted wish game. on: 15 December 2007, 04:00:08
Granted, but Steve Austin sues.

I wish the snow would #####ing wash away.
1548  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: orchNEStra revamp preview on: 14 December 2007, 16:58:57
You know, this is just what I wanted all the NES boxarts to look like, since the artsy ones wasn't so nice for the eyes. ::)

I applaud your effort for making these masterpieces. :D
How dare you insult the Mega Man 3 boxart so?! Enguarde!

Back on topic, the stuff looks nice. Can't wait for the relaunch!
1549  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The corrupted wish game. on: 14 December 2007, 04:47:36
Granted, but as you step off the [insert conveyance here], you're shot dead.

I wish for the rest of the site back up.
1550  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The "How Was Your Day?" Thread on: 14 December 2007, 04:46:29
Had a bomb threat at my school today. We spent half an hour in lockdown mode (but, my Animation class being what it is, we watched movies instead of being "locked down") then moved out to the church across the road, where we spent the next three hours doing essentially nothing.

Crazy #####ing day.
