I refuse to call him Darth Vader. The character only becomes Darth Vader after Padamamé or Panda Bear or whatever the hell her name was dies and Hayden will never be Darth Vader. Reading that gave me the sudden vision of David Prowse playing Anakin Skywalker in the prequel movies and speaking in James Earl Jones' voice.

*shouts out in agreement*
*notes that he, himself, has no recollection of the original releases, only the 1997 Special Editions, thanks to being extremely young in the early '90s*

I thought that was what this forum was all about!
Drat. I seem to have improperly assessed this forum. Don't mind me *scurries to lab*

I'm sure that makes you the envy of your peers.
I live in BC myself, and I speak as someone who took a lot of abuse between the ages of five and fifteen, and I really don't give a #####. Bullying does not arise from playing video games. Bullying arises from a multitude of other social conditions, but not video games, so far as I can tell.

Then they would have irreversibly switched the 'Pass' and 'Shoot' buttons, and probably put the 'Clear Kick' button somewhere not even on the controller!

Mega Man X is my most-played game of all time (over 2000 hours IIRC), and I felt it appropriate to pick up another release of this best-game-evar competitor. I would get MHX as well, but that would entail getting a (*blurgh*) PSP.
I like the fact that slowdown has been eliminated as well as the 8-channel sound limitation on the SNES games.
I dislike that they used the PSX version of X3, as well as the lacklustre extras (I mean, they didn't even put Mega Man Soccer on! ZOMFGZ)

in other words if the reploid refused to do something it was programmed to do, it was maverick. At least that's what the whole statement inferred.
That makes no sense, as the entire idea behind Reploids is that they possess free will and self-awareness, and thus would not be 'programmed' to do anything.

The X1 supercharged buster shot did somewhere between 12-15 damage to non-boss enemies IIRC (1 damage being a single shot without dashing), while the X2 double-shot combined for like 12. Mostly similar, yeah.

Please. As you can see Corruption is quite intellegent and can string together a sentence. Of course he's going to get a warm reception.
You can too....if you just used the spellcheck more often.
Quoted for epic irony.

X2 is usually hard due to the X-Hunters, but with enough care and all the items you should be able to take them down with little difficulty.
Similarly, X3 has a few tough boss battles, but pick up the Saber and you'll be fine.
