I can't give an opinion on the other two, but I have Castlevania on VC and it's great. Personally I prefer Castlevania IV over it, but you're not in the 800-point market anyway so whatever.

Storm Eagle is great, but it's nowhere near my favourite, not even within that game. I actually get sick of people saying "STORM EAGLE STORM EAGLE HURR HURR" even though I totally understand. This is why I'll probably put off sequencing that tune until VERY late in the Mega Man X set.

Actually, I'm quite fond of Wind Man's tune, though it's nothing next to Air Man.
