Some things never change.

I don't have a Facebook. Or an Assbook. Or any limb- or organ-related book.

HairBook?  I suppose I won't be able to steal all your personal information, then, and sell it to corporations.

My Möbius strip is longer than yours.

WS, my online time, when it isn't work-related, is usually spent stalking people on Facebook.  I can't remember if I found too many people with your name, or none at all.  I only drop by here when I want to look at pictures of Planty.

These deals suck for Toronto apartments.

Looking at these pictures makes me feel old.
57  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: Matricians: What are you reading now? on: 5 April 2009, 18:14:55
I'm reading this book my date let me borrow...

Haha!

Anyway, right now I'm reading the works of Plato (I'm serious, it's good stuff), and this book "The Forgotten Language" by Erich Fromm, which is about symbolic language and its usage in mythology and dream interpretation.  It's quite interesting, and fits in nicely with my current obsession with analysing my dreams.

Delta, however, has so much brain I'm sure he has an entire section dedicated just for such fry-ups.

Whether this is true or not, I had to take a nap after watching all eight episodes of Salad Fingers in a row (check it up on YouTube).  They were great, though.

My fear for Breaking Bad is that it could just die as a series, unless the writers/creators have a few plot twists in mind.  (If you haven't watched the second season, ASR, then you may not want to read what I have to say next.)
Otherwise, it could just be the same thing over and over again: he and ... his former student (I really never remember names from TV shows) will cook a new batch of meth, get into trouble, his family becomes more suspicious, they narrowly escape getting caught, repeat.
Please don't ever compare Heroes to Breaking Bad again.

Haha!  I compare them not in plot or anything like that, but how much I like them overall.  But isn't Breaking Bad great?  It's so ... unrealistically realistic, or something.  It was aptly named.

Family Guy is hardly that offensive. It just thinks it is. But yeah, I no longer have anything against it, because it is funny.

Then you are wise.  There are many people who find it offencive because they would rather live in ignorance and prance through fields of tulips than expand their horizons a little bit.

24 - I like it because it's intense, even if it's getting somewhat repetitious and less thought out.

Battlestar Galactica - sadly, it's now over, but only just recently!  One of the best shows on TV by far.

Breaking Bad - a decent show.  Interesting plot, which I won't spoil for anyone who doesn't watch it.

Family Guy - everyone should be required to watch this and become less sensitive.

Heroes - a decent show.  Same as Breaking Bad but for different reasons.

House - I love this show.  House is my hero.  It was recommended to me by someone who thought I was kind of like him.

Lost - Not as intense as 24, but still you don't know what's going to happen next.  Not as good now as in the first few seasons, though.

Smallville - I don't know why I'm still watching this.  I was hoping season 7 would be the last, but no...  The only good thing about it are the good looking people who appear on it from time to time.  Due to my obsession with completeness, I have to continue watching it until it ends.  Hopefully this season will be it.

The Office - it's great.

I have a list of other shows I'm supposed to watch eventually, including The Shield, Extras, Entourage, Terminator - the Sarah Connor Chronicles and The Wire.  Also, I watch Star Wars - The Clone Wars, Stargate: Atlantis and Rescue Me when they're running.

Yes, yes, I know, I should get on AIM now and then.  I'm an ass.  Speed bugs me on Facebook all the time.  But look, I just popped online!  In a sense.  See?  SEE?

Thanks for the album art.

I remember allowing this place to take up so much of my time...  which should have been spent studying.

BUT ON THE OTHER HAND...

They were good times.  Anyone remember Prof. Hazard?  Mess?  Liz?  Replay?  White Dragon Nall?  Thems were the folks who were around when I was an online youngin'.  I remember once when a bunch of us went on some multiple-person-talk-over-the-internet-type-of-program, and I think Abe was there, too.  Although he never said anything, if he was...  Holy #####, does anyone realise how long ago this was?  I'm old...  but never as old as Rez.

So, I was reorganising my hard drives, and I decided to see if I could grab my MegaMan music collection off of one of them, a very old one.  Sadly, Windows couldn't even perform a check-disk on it, it was in such bad condition (how does that even happen?).  So all my organised MegaMan music and websites I've worked on and such are now gone, except for a few random and incomplete backups made over the years.  This made me sad.

:C

But then I discovered a few backup cd's that at least had some music on them, and I discovered other sources for much of this music (though not all), and this made me somewhat happy.

:]

And then I began the task of making iPod playlists for this music.  While doing this, I was listening to said music, and being nostalgic, decided to pay a little visit to this place.  And so here I am.

I don't remember who any of you are.  Except for Rez.  He owes me money.  :D

Soooo...  MegaMan 9, eh?  Never thought I'd see that.  Not that I'll ever get to play it anytime soon.
