But a lot of forums use some karma system which has nothing to do with karma and everything to do with naming demerit and merit points something "cooler" sounding. As a countdown to Halloween one year, Fuu released a series of stylized robot masters with accompanying fan fiction in various forms (like comic segments, or writing.) It wasn't the artwork itself that sold me on it, it was the amount of work that went into creating the style he was going for. The whole series of drawings and writing had well crafted overlying themes, which is why they remain some of my favorite fan renditions to this day.
