Get real. No one calls it an "arcade system". Like it or not, every arcade box has a system, just like every computer does and every console.
No ##### Sherlock. My circulation has a system and so does household plumbing and most things ever. Not the point. We're talking about game systems, and it's pretty OBVIOUS the kid meant consoles and/or handhelds. You know, where you can put in one game, take it out, and put in another? I think it's pretty anal to go well "arcades are technically blah #####ing blah blah".

A lot of grandmothers buy games for their grandchildren. A lot of mothers tell grandmothers what their children like.
"He likes those Mega Man games" And so the grandma buys whatever says "Megaman" on it because she's a grandma and I DON'T EXPECT HER TO HAVE TO KNOW ALL THIS STUFF YOU JERK.

It was.... Alright. I think it was too long. Since I was reading for free at work, I missed a couple issues, but yeah. It took a long time before all that stuff with Konvict became relevant to the universe changing things. It felt too much like they only had enough story for a bit less than 52 issues, and had to make it work. That said, it was pretty good for a weekly. Better than 52 and Countdown were by far. And at times, I thought it was more epic than Final Crisis (which was going on at the same time, suckily) was. Posted on: 8 July 2009, 02:18:14
Blackest Night is upon us. I'm decidedly absolutely loving this #####ing #####. I was iffy at first, there are still concepts I'm iffy on, but in all I'm into it. I'm into big GL events, but so much has been leading to this for the past four years it has more scope in the whole DCU than past GL big ones (like 2007's Sinestro Corps War). I guess it's DC's big summer event, so it SHOULD take in the whole DCU, but the Sinestro Corps War was pretty light on stuff that didn't have to do with usual GL business, so it's nice this is already thick with non GL characters. But I love anytime the Green Lantern Corps mixes with everything.

K'Nex was always for the kids younger than I, in my mind. It was like, "My generation had Lego, they had K'Nex". Like, before me was Tinker Toys and before that Erector Sets.
But it's pretty cool you guys met up, I think. I didn't know this was planned although I'm starting to remember you guys referencing the possibility.

I'm sorry but in this instance I have to say you're an idiot. "What? They did it for a PSP game?" COMPLETELY implies that you're responding to someone talk about a PSP game. No one said anything about PSP at all recently, so what you said makes absolutely no sense to any of us. I am hoping english isn't your first language because while you spell all right enough and everything, the way you organize your thoughts and/or order your words leaves a lot to be desired. With the post in question, I have no idea what you were talking about through any of it. And I'm usually quite adept and deciphering these types of things. Please work on it. I could've sworn the SNES controller had purple As and Bs and very light purple Xs and Ys. I think mine do, at least. I guess I just never knew they had another controller with different coloured buttons.
They did. Some had purps, some had the other colours. I'm not sure what the distinction is, but it could be the rainbow ones were limited to certain parts of the world, though I doubt it because I'm pretty sure I've used them at friends' houses before as I remember remarking that they looked like those sour coated tart candies I loved that you could get at Bulk Barn. Either way, all of mine were always the purplies. First and second models.

When I got here to this thread today, I was reading along and I though to myself "Who the ##### is Grey?"
And then Vent came up and I thought "Who the ##### is Ve-OH GIMME A BREAK."
But yes, since everything MM associated with Smash Bros. (I don't know why it has to be Brawl specifically since that one is actually kind of #####...) has been discussed already, this Phoenix Wright bit is the only think worth talking about in the thread.
I'm thinking about it too, and it's slowly become a better and better idea. I mean, "Hold it!" could freeze you or something. "Take that!", clearly a big move similar to Jigglypuff's move where it falls asleep and you go flying. "Objection!" is simply a reflection move, classic. Add something with psyche-locks and you're getting somewhere.

Edge's point is completely valid (and it's probably the most likely thing). You have to consider that people new to MegaMan don't know the difference between Star Force or Legends or anything. All they see it that it says "Megaman" on it.
This is why you have people looking at whatever-member-originally-told-this-story playing Command Mission and thinking they're looking at MegaMan, Proto Man, and Bass when they're actually looking at X, Zero, and Axl (respectively, but disrespectively on that last guy). It's NORMAL.

Where did the poo come from? Haha, "penut".
^This referred to Botba's sig, in which the word peanut has since been silently corrected in what I assume is an effort to save face. Knob.

Fine, both of you aren't sellouts. But you're still ALMOST selling out to 4Chan which I can't ignore.. And everyone else who has/had it is a sellout poobum! At least mine is upside down so that people can recognize it.

No because A) Rez is old, B) Most of us are probably old than you, and C) Not ever having an SNES is... You poor child. I've never had trouble remember which button is what on which controller. Even the somewhat odd Wii remote and Nunchuck. I don't know what's wrong with you people but I'm disappointed , especially in Vinch since he's in the biz sort of in the future hopefully. I always call the button that the tip of my thumb is on "B" and the joint of thumb is on "A", regardless of what they really are.
Same here, and that's because that's how it is on Nintendo consoles.
N64, Gamecube, and Wii are on A...

Right I'm not mad, and no one here knows so don't worry about it, but my is mom sick right now and I've been in and out of ERs a bit this week, so I'm not with it.
Also, Speed's your mom jokes are uninspired and unoriginal, so I'm doubly not with it.
