I like potato skins when I ask for potato skins. I like some potato skins left on fries.
The different is that neither of these taste like RAW #####ING POTATO SKINS. That's what I find about NYF, it tastes like raw potato skins or dirt. But most often I can replace "or" with "and". Maybe that's what it was just like the first time I had NYF and I can't detach, though.

You know, now that I think about it, I actually only like the fries with melted cheese and gravy. I NEVER order just fries, I'm always drowning them in something. So you're probably right.

There's one thing I ate at Taco Bell that I thought was absolutely heavenly but I don't remember what it was. It was folded really weird.

?
The only Taco Bell I've actually wanted to try.

Actually yes. That. Unless there's something else with that shape. (I cut the URL on purpose.)

Texting AND walking! If you're doing both, focus equally on both!
1004  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: SHOW ME YOUR FOODS!! on: 15 July 2009, 01:52:46
I like potato skins and I like New York Fries. They possibly taste like skins because the skin isn't actually removed by the fry cutter. You just put a potato in and then WHAM IT and 12-or-something fries come out. And then they're just... held in this strange liquid for long periods of time, until they're fried for an order. It can taste really good depending on how it's made, and how good the potatoes were.

And my Cineplex doesn't have Burger King or Taco Bell, we just have Pizza Pizza, Yogen Früz, and New York Fries so I'm pretty happy with that.

There's one thing I ate at Taco Bell that I thought was absolutely heavenly but I don't remember what it was. It was folded really weird. But for the most part yeah, they are pretty disgusting.
1005  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The Interesting Stuff thread! on: 15 July 2009, 01:36:11
I feel like falling into a manhole would mess you up real good, actually.

It's not big enough for you to fall all the way in. Remember that if you're taking a step and your foot lands on nothing, your other foot is still on the ground. You fall forward, your body hits the other side of the hole. You don't fall all the way in unless you plant both feet over the "nothing" at the same time. THEN it's dangerous. But we're not JUMPING so that's not going to happen.

See, I actually think about these things. I'm not coming in saying if you fall right in and smash your face against the bars of the ladder and then scrape your back against the other side of the wall and then fall forward and hit your face on something again until you finally land won't hurt you, I'm saying that just wouldn't happen.

I wouldn't say it's her fault. Sometimes when you focus so much on something, you fail to notice the things around you.

That's actually the lesson she should've got from it. She needs to focus on what she's doing. I don't think the lesson should be treated as an excuse that absolves her from any sort of blame. By saying it's not her fault, you're suggesting that we need to be watched over at all times, that we can't take responsibility for our actions.
1006  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The Interesting Stuff thread! on: 14 July 2009, 23:57:14
How badly hurt could she possibly be? A few scrapes is nothing, get 'em cleaned up and you're all set.

Anyway cell phones aren't that big and they don't block the majority of your vision, so the problem lies with her either needing glasses or having no mental perception (in terms of actually SEEING the things your eyes pick up) or reflexes whatsoever. The problem isn't texting and walking, like 90% of adults are going to say.

If I had actually begun to fall I'd prop my elbows forward and at worst slam my ribcage into something. But you know, that's why you have a ribcage. IT PROTECTS YOU.

1008  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: The "How Was Your Day?" Thread on: 13 July 2009, 13:43:30
I never had a habit of that. I had weird habits though. I would dig my teeth into my gums at the back by moving my jaw sideways. I would pick at the part where the side of my nails met the skin, making it all white and dead.

It was weird, I liked the feeling from doing it. But I didn't get anything from biting my nails. I even tried it just now and I'm like "Why do people do this?"

1010  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Re: Mega Man X: Corrupted on: 13 July 2009, 03:09:14
Well, they aren't good sprites. None of them seem fitting at all to 16 bit Mega Man X. Which is unfortunate, because the creator said he doesn't plan on working on them further. His quote:

: JKB Games
Sprites can always be improved, but I actually want to release this game, and I think they are good enough.

By the way, what's the difference between okay and meh?

Anyway I actually like Plasma Puffer. If his sprite was better I'd like him more, sure... but I think it's the best.

Hilarious though how there's a league difference in style between Milodon and the other bots.

A bit of searching leads me to...: A MAVERICK LIST.

I don't like them very much.

So X has three armors if you include the ultimate armor, and apparently Zero has one of his own. Where he's all purple. Not much seems to change except his helmet, but there hasn't been any video regarding his abilities, though there might be one soon. Not sure if this means he has upgrade capsules to find.

Don't talk about my fetish!

... I think I just found the perfect way to scare someone out of talking about something I don't want to hear about.

Because like, like, this one time I was listening to this gir'friend talking to her gir'friends about dresses that seem to fit but then when they went home and put them on their boobs were sticking out of the top and being a guy I kind of have a boob fetish (I'm sure some don't) so I thought of yelling "DON'T TALK ABOUT MY FETISH" but I didn't.

First it says boiling chocolate, then melted. I'd find it hard to believe it was boiling, but maybe they were implying that it was really hot.

And then they say he suffered a head injury, and mention nothing about burns. So right now I'm imagining not only is he drowning, but drowning in really uncomfortably hot chocolate. Maybe depending on the consistency of the chocolate they'd have it melted at a much more painful temperature. No, not a good way to die.

DON'T EVEN JOKE, BOY.

Wow. This is my leet post.

I don't think the dungeon count should change your opinion. There's also two spider-houses to be fair, which I count as half-dungeons, like I counted the Ice Cave and the Bottom of the Well in Ocarina of Time. Oh and I forgot Ikana Castle and the Deku Palace. And the Pirate Fortress. Still definitely not as good, but oh well.

The dungeons were big enough for me. The last two were my favourite.

And wait... where did you get 12 dungeons for Ocarina of Time? And why does the dungeon count matter so much as the length and general playability of the game?

I can't comment the game's supposed deeper story.

There isn't one. Just a bunch of side stories, really.

There seem to be a fair amount more things that have changed in the PC version. I noticed a different interface, I noticed player-controlling your allies, for example. Saw a playing manually walking Garrus over to a Geth Colossus and using overload.

I think John's talking about the really tall elevator leading to the Normandy at the Citadel, not the one in the Normandy.

I wasn't ACTUALLY insulted, I was really just insulting Fox News by saying I'm insulted that you would suggest I watch Fox News.

Hey don't bash Fox News, Red Eye is one of the best shows in cable.

I'm currently under the impression that Red Eye is a television show, and Fox News is... well, propaganda in place of news. So in my mind, to bash one of them would not bash the other.
1035  MegaMan Series / Miscellaneous MegaMan Games / Mega Man X: Corrupted on: 7 July 2009, 14:39:39
I know. I never make new topics. But holy crap look at this flash game (still in progress):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIMyDCAhpQw

If this were an actual Mega Man X game it looks like it would be the easiest Mega Man X ever. Too many special moves. But this is also the best-looking fan-made Mega Man X I've seen, I invite you to show me one better if there is one.

There are problems with it, clearly. I mean, programming-wise. Some shots don't seem to come out of the buster, rather a point near his elbow.

Game is said to take place after X5, screw X6 and all the later stuff. So likely no Axl. I've seen Zero gameplay, too, which looks... not good. Doesn't look like they bothered to give him a lightsabre combo, the video just shows him using special moves, but this all may change.

The levels also seem ridiculously huge, if it works that way.

I was like "WTF" on Virmire and then reloaded and put points to intimidate and tried again until I prevented it.

I had Garrus and Alenko mainly, but I had to choose someone else that one time and chose Wrex, because you know, and he had like 42 points built up. I like Wrex but being a vanguard I don't need him. I suppose it'll be different next time I play.

I forgot that she was a purple, so now I bet that they was just green because of the plant-cloning thing.

The above sentence is what happens when I post-edit a pronoun and don't look at the rest of the sentence.

That's what you get for watching Fox News.

Hey. HEY. You insult me. I didn't watch Fox News. It was part of the wikipedia entry I read. I wasn't expecting it to be bad. But I expected it to be at least a little worse from what I was hearing. It was funny before I even saw the scene.

The asari did look cool. I let her live, so I may see her again, at the very least.

Response!:
I didn't really choose anyone exactly. I was nice to everyone basically, I almost always chose the top option because I feel like that's actually what I would say. I didn't really feel a connection between Liara and I though... but I said yes just because of the curiosity I mentioned. Ashley died, and I wasn't sure there was anyone else to choose from anyway. I think if I had let it all continue on, I might've had them fight over me, which I have seen in a youtube video, but this is me thinking that because I'm always nice to everyone and I wasn't actually trying to do it, I only saw the video after I beat it and I was like "Whoa."
I wouldn't have known that, about the melee attacking, because for one I never even learned how to do it, it seemed to be automatic as far as I could tell. And I would've assumed it killed them anyway. It didn't matter though because I saved more lives than lost.

I had no trouble with the side quests period, though I didn't have a sniper. It was more the abundance of mako. I didn't expect that at all, I expected there to be more than a few planets where you could actually land the Normandy. But that's okay, I still liked the game a lot.

I still feel like Liberty City is a satire of New York City, and I really don't mind the changes. San Andreas is probably better, but it was before my time, really. I didn't like GTA back then.

I don't plan on getting DLC very often at all. This was one game that I felt was definitely worth it, though. Loads of hours of gameplay and I was still having a blast with it.

I suppose I can just finance someone's credit card for the extra 200 points if it's possible to choose how many points you want.

Anyway I'm playing GTA IV right now. Nico reminds me of a badass Luigi, the way his voice kind of sounds. I don't mean his accent, which obviously isn't italian, you know what I mean.

I really liked Mass Effect but I wasn't for all the similar mapped areas and it's pretty silly how few planets you can actually land on without the mako. Also on normal difficulty I didn't buy anything until very late in the game. With my grenade count I screwed up Paragon in the Thorian mission (and then only a little bit, I ended up running past most of the shooters), but that's the only trouble I really came across without using money.

Curiosity had me viewing the sex scene and I couldn't believe how despicable this scene was made out to be by... certain people, Fox News included. I mean... that was nothing compared to what you see on TV or in movies. But to be honest it only really made me laugh, how ridiculous their claims were, how they were refuted as blatant lies and how it made them all look like a bunch of idiots. I hope that hit their viewership hard because they deserve it.
1047  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: What game are you playing? on: 6 July 2009, 03:51:05
It asked, but then it wouldn't let me say no, and I assumed going back would mean cancelling the creation of my account.

And a number of other things. One Canadian points card is too much for one game and not enough for two games. For example.

I'd regret that Microsoft so far has been a piece of ##### to me and the only reason I'd have an XBox 360 like anyone else is for the games, but luckily I didn't have to pay for my brother's system.
