Title: PicLens viewer
Post by: Johncarllos on 27 May 2008, 22:57:52
Basically, this does for videos and picture what the iTouch did with album viewing.
Take a look here. (http://youtube.com/watch?v=-ApVzxiZYtI)

It takes any galleries (facebook, myspace, google images) and put them into a huge scrolling gallery left to right in 3D.
It allows you to watch Youtube videos with it as well.
I just got it, it's only 1.7MB, and I love it.
It works with IE, Firefox, and Safari, on Windows and Mac.

Try it out, you won't regret it.

I will try it, but I cannot guarantee that I will not regret it!

Yeah, it's kinda cool, but I don't really see the point.

It's nice for image searches and if you're browsing youtube.
I also use their cooliris preview tool, which is also available from their site, it's basically picture in picture browsing.
I dunno, I just enjoy goofing around with fun programs like these.

This is pretty neat...  I'll probably mostly use it when I'm on youtube and I want to view multiple videos by the same person/on the same subject, since it should probably save time on having to click back after playing each one, or having to look for the next one...

I'll try it out sometime but I don't really see me using it, it's kind of pointless when I have a preview in all my folder windows so looking through images quickly is simple.

But these are picture from the internet, getting THEM quickly is another story.
