In the Bottlecaps you collect in the game, it says his name is Dr. Salvador. Lawl.

Chainsaw hags are the Bella Sisters. They only appear once in the game.

Salvador appears like... 6. In two different outfits.

Chainsaw guy is only hard in the beginning.
