I have all three issues of Marvel's translation of Sky Doll. It's okay.
I recently, out of financial need, dropped most of my books. I dropped about all the books from the big 2, since I wasn't enjoying them as much lately. Secret Invasion was lack luster, so I didn't buy it. Final Crisis is... I don't know, I don't think I like it.
And Daniel Way Deadpool is sort of okay... But I wish he would ut the whole "Deadpool vision" crap.

I started reading Criminal for the first time a couple weeks ago, and that was amazing. Got Hellboy... Last week, I think, and I'm really digging the Wild Hunt, same for B.P.R.D.: The Black Goddess, and I can't help but think the whole Hellboy universe it beginning it's climax...
Walking Dead continues to be interesting, some how, and Invincible... I dunno, I really like it, but at the same time, it bugs me, no idea why. Kick Ass continues to be a fun read, and Captain America continues to be fantastic (is there anything Brubaker can't write?).

I'll eventually get Left 4 Dead for PC next. Not 360. Don't have Live, so it's not worth it.
Live isn't expensive, nor does it need to be installed or anything.

You know, I wanted to talk about Incognito, Ed Brubaker's new book.
And I thought of this thread.
Which you all let slip by into page 3.
Shame on you all.
Incognito is very good, and is making me consider picking up trades of Criminal.
I can't wait for Hellboy: The Wild Hunt #2 to come out next week.
Invincible feels a little weak lately.
Captain America and Punisher War Zone are good.
And I can't seem to stop reading Ultimate Spider-Man.
And after many delays, I got to read Kick Ass #5.
I wish Mark Millar stopped writing so slowly, because I know it's not John Romita Jr. delaying the book.

Recently rewatched the original 80's Hitchhiker's Guide BBC show since I got it on DVD. I don't know how I can keep re-watching/reading/listening to Hitchhiker's Guide and NEVER get bored of it. The show IS infinitely better than the movie, and reminds me why even though I love Mos Def, he's a terrible Ford Prefect.
Currently rewatching It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I like a recent description of the show: "Seinfeld on crack." Though it really doesn't do either show the justice they deserve.
The first time I ever read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, I mis read Ford's name as "Ford Perfect", and so I always think that's his name, until someone actually points out it's "Prefect". Also, Viacom and Time Warner are having a little spat, it's dumb, and Viacom even went so far as to post messages on it's channel, on New Years Eve, that Time Warner was pulling those channels that night, and that we need to call in to tell them not to. It was bull#####.

People keep saying it's oscar material, and Bradd Pitt did a spectacular job in it, blah blah blah.
It was good, but not that good. Pitt has done a better job in other movies (Meet Joe Black, Seven, Fight Club, just to name a few).

So, I called a couple places today, looking for a job, and neither were hiring, so I turned to the internet, and am considering applying at several locations.
Then, unexpectedly, my older Brother dropped by, we (Him, my mom, and me) went to see the Curious Case of Benjamin Button. It was alright.
Thinking about calling my dad, and asking him about that baby sitting job he mentioned. One of my little brother's friends doesn't go back to school until the week after next, and his mom needs someone to look after him while she's at work.
Surprisingly, I am pretty good with kids (who knew?).

Did Matt or Trey really draw that?
No, I found the image on the website, and Jeff Delgado, who works on South Park, drew it. ... I though I'd humor you...
Any time I see you misspell something, post your picture, or just any of your posts in general, I make this face.

So, counting EVERYTHING...
I got:
- $200 total - Paper and ruler (needed it) - Tropic Thunder - Noise Putty (I love it) - Some sort of lotion (what?) The Spider comics
And I got The Dark Knight when it came out, and Left 4 Dead, so those were gifts to myself.
EDIT: Apparently My Girlfriend got me some more stuff and shipped it over to me.

Nintendo messaged me personally to tell me themselves they thought it was great.
I might buy it.
Did Mario call YOU, personally, to tell you to pick up your copy of Mario Galaxy when it came out? No? He called me! It was awesome! Too bad I never actually went to grab my copy. Also, Commissioner Gordon. He called me too.

Hrm, this sounds interesting, and I will get around to reading it, but since moving back, I discovered a couple books I started reading, but never finished. Plus, I am near the end of Dirk Gently. I'm the same way with hardcover books. I hear they made a hardcover version of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency AND The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul in one book, so I'm definitely going to search that out since my paperbacks of both are worn and torn from who-knows-how-many readings.
Even my hardcover Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide is falling apart.
But yeah, have fun with the book, it should make your trip a tad more exciting.
My Ultimate Hitchhiker's is also falling apart.

All I can say is this.
Anyone who doesn't think this is a good game, if not extremely well made game, simply has not played it.
I was weary of it for a few reasons:
1. Mandatory co-op 2. First Person Shooter (I'm not a fan of them, to be honest, but Valve made that genre fun for me) 3. Horror games usually suffer from #####ty lighting, such as not being able to see #####.
The co-op, even with just you and three computer characters, is actually really really fun. Team work is stressed from the get go, and the game teaches you how to play right away. No annoying 5 hour tutorial.
For , maybe the first time, the first person aspect, had me really immersed in the game.
The first time I came across the witch, or got pounced on by a hunter, or grabbed by a Smoker, or that first time a Tank came busting through a wall, making me, audibly, ell "What the ##### is that?!".
Though, let me just say, for as nice as the AI is, playing with three other humans is better.
And of course, the lighting is perfect for the game, Valve took extra care in programming that bit.
Versus is tons of fun, as strategics are important to both teams. Save for the Zombies, it isn't so much a question of "Okay, how do we get through this level in one piece?", it's "How do we make sure the survivors get ripped to pieces?".
Like I said before, the AI isn't perfect, and will annoy the hell out of you as you get better at the game.
But like I said earlier, anyone who doesn't have anything good to say about this game, simply has not played it.

Right. Like I said, The Spirit wasn't very good.
I've realized I wasn't just tired. The movie was not good. I only know two people who liked it, and one only liked it because he has a boner for Frank Miller and The Spirit.
But that movie didn't know what it was supposed to be. The dialogue that was basically just like The Spirit books totally didn't fit with the OTHER dialogue in the movie. And virtually everyone was lame except The Spirit, The Octopus, and his helper girl. But that's not saying all that much. They should have done it like a Dick Tracy, and not try for that Sin City look that did not work for it.
Thanks for saving me the trouble of seeing it, Mike. Once again, someone else suffers for my benefit. Recent movies: Punisher: War Zone - Holy ##### what an awesome movie. They got everything about it right, and I love this movie to pieces. It only took them three films to get it right. Tons of violence, gore, dark humor...everything the other Punisher films should have had.
Huh? Really? I heard nothing but bad reviews, from regular movie goers, and Punisher fans alike. In fact, that movie bombed, badly, at the box office.

So I caught up with Heroes on Fancast.
I was so happy to see Sylar stop being such a puss... And then he went right back to being a whiney little maggot.
I'm glad
he's dead...ish.
Hiro got awsome again, and so did Ando.
Hate the Parkman/Speedster Girl romance, since I was expecting Hiro and her to hook up.
I was sad to see
Arthur die
, as he was shaping to be one of the few good characters.
The pacing in the show really bugs the hell out of me.
Nathan is really annoying, and so is Claire.
And that's that.

So, I've been gone for a couple of weeks, due to me getting ready t move back to California, and then moving back to California.
Bills and living on my own just became sort of overwhelming, and I wasn't accomplishing what I want to accomplish (Such as applying to art school, which was difficult to get set on when you're working to live), so I cut my losses and went back home.
Today is my first day back, after arriving home last night.
Living in MA wasn't a complete waste of time, it gave me some valuable life expierence, and (I hope) matured me a bit.
Also, I had gotten together with this really sweet girl, almost immediately after, who I am still madly in love with, though, because I moved back, we're not really together anymore, but we still talk to eachother and all that.
That was a crazy 7+ months.

I doubt I'll ever watch Nightmare Before Christmas again because of how much people I hate love it.
I finally saw it last year and just didn't understand what the fuss was about.
Honestly, it's just a fun little movie with a couple catchy songs. It seemed a lot better when I was a kid, and it first came out. Me and my dad even saw Tim Burton sneaking out of a book store, where people were trying to get his autograph. I had no idea who he was/what he looked like/just wanted to use the bathroom anyway.
