Chrono is still my favorite though. So much character, without ever speaking a word. (nevermind that one ending)
The days of the silent protagonist... how I miss them. It also just shows how well written it was to convey so much w/o having him speak a word. ... I remember when RPGs were good. How I miss those days.

I would like to see a MVC 3. With X this time around.
X series Zero, aka the REAL Zero. Just give him his X4 moveset and BAM. ##### that SNK vs Capcom MMZ bull#####. ##### IT TO HELL. But yeah... MvC1 is one of the few fighers I actually play off and on. At least it had a story mode of... sorts. And it's BGM didn't sound like elevator music...

Does it ever truly state that X is immune to the 'maverick virus'?
X was made by Thomas #####ING Light. The single greatest, most genius character in Mega Man canon. This is the man who's work was top of the line and completely untouchable over a century after his death. His program and hardware should be immune to damn near everything outside the planet collapsing into a singularity. But that's just my opinion. X7 IS better than BCC, if only because you actually get to PLAY X7 (though why anyone would want to is beyond me). But don't fool yourself. X8 is some solid fail as well.

Passable is a sad state of acceptability. Bootleg "computer program of dubious legality"s and roms play the games better than a product from an official branch of Capcom itself. Am I the only one who is utterly offended and enraged by this fact?
You could ALMOST forgive Capcom for farming out MMAC to a group of underqualified hacks who evidently have a day job poking holes in juice cups for slightly less mentally handicapped manchildren than they are that then go home and bang their drool encrusted faces into a keyboard for 5 minutes a night and call it work on the code/programming for the single biggest disappointment in compilation history.
But MMXC was all Capcom. No excuses save for CoJ and Inafune being at BEST grossly incompetent and at worst complete dicks. I pity people who don't have the SNES carts or PS1 discs, because this POS compilation is a travesty. Like watching Superman fight crime when he's 90 with Kryptonite cancer and 1 leg and a moth eaten costume.

Detective Conan sucks for even attempting to introduce any kind of plot that depends on it actually getting solved - ie Mr. Kudo reversing the effects of the drug that made him a kid again. The format of the show, backed up by the fact it's been going for like 15 years, doesn't lend to a plot detail that demands to be advanced and eventually solved, because as soon as he grows old again the series is over. So that "over arching" plot of him getting back to normal is spread out over 600 some epps of random cases which waters it down to the point there IS no point in trying to have such an over arching plot.
... anyway.
Worst character EVER in an anime is Shinji from Eva. Most worthless character ever. Absolutely miserable person, no character development at all, no redeeming qualities. Comming in a close second is Nia from Nia under 7. Just like Shinji except more in your face waste of life and more complete disregard for any other being.

So is Samus, but at least she's a sexy lady and has a much better game series (not counting the insulting to the platforming action adventure genre Prime games). I mean, which would you rather pay to see nakid? That's right. That's why Samus is iconic and Master Chief is just a character from a bad game.
I picked Mega Man, Simon BELMONT and random 3rd person because Roger Wilco was not on the list. Foreshame.

It's not THAT crappy.
THIS IS JUST LIKE THOSE THREADS WITH THE ZERO SERIES ALL OVER AGAIN.
Rez: I am grumpy old man and this sucks because it is not the megaman I played as a wee lad.
Xero: i thought it was pretty good...
Rez: IT WAS HORRIBLE #####.
Xero: it wasn't THAT BAD.
Rez: IT'S THE WORSE THING TO HAPPEN TO THE SERIES< EVER.
Xero: Yeah, it sucks something awful, right?
JUST. LIKE. THAT.
Grow a spine.
ANYHOW, ZX was... Okay.
ZXA earned my pass due to AIDS-- I mean Axl.

Copy X is a fictional character based on a (too) long running fanfiction sequal story to Capcom's Mega Man X series. Best not to discuss it less the trolls come to feed.

Heat Man had a decent staff (some of which are kind enough to be working for me part time over at... YOU KNOW), but the native TMMN staff is for the most part, has a very unplesant vibe. But then so does the entire forums. We don't censor opinion here, we don't tolerate idiots and the staff are actually just members with mod powers, except cooler than the rest of you, but we don't rub it in. Much.

Tag & Name - mp3 tag editor that is truly godly. That's what I've been using for years and it has great updates.
Explorer 2x - file browser program with 2 panes. It's superior to window's native browser in every way.
IrfinView - image viewer that does quick thumb display with some good sorting options (even if I don't use that function of it often)
Open Office - freeware alternative to the #####tacular Microsoft Office (especially the new 07 lets make the program unusable with a complete ##### new interface version). Full compatable with normal office document file types.
Winamp - MP3 player with excelent library options and EXTENSIVE personalization options. You can arrange panes and collumns in about any order setup you like and it has plug ins for about anything you want to do/add on. It makes iTunes look like the garbage program it is.
That should be a good start for you. Most of those are all freeware too.

Metalman can dish it out, but he just can't take it.
Other Robot Masters would not be shooting Metal Blades at Metal Man... Wood Man dies from a SINGLE charged Atomic Fire shot. Quick Man loses half his life from the Time Stopper. Crash Man goes down like a bitch from two Air Shooter blasts. Those are ACTUAL liabilities in a Robot Master vs Robot Master Fight since Heat Man could fight Wood Man. This isn't Which Robot Master would win AGAINST MEGAMAN. Metal Man has one of the best, if not THE best weapon in the series. He's serious business.

Dr. Wily, did you know that every day you're away Thomas Light contributes more to the well being of humanity?
- "Ach, haff you BEEN to MegamanXXX? Zhat old lech ees contributing to zee moral degredation off our values." Dr. Wily, when will the preparations for THAT be finished?
- "Vhat? Your diaper? I told you I'm not een to zhat. GO AWAY." Just realized this was never stickied as it should have been.
Dr. Wily, where the hell are you?
- "Ach, I vas building more Robot Masters for Mega Man 9." Doc... Do you think Rez would ever want to start up Ask Dr. Wily, if I was willing to draw it?
Didn't we try that before?

The hardware failure rate for the 360 is insulting. If I had ANY inkling to buy one it would be immediately crushed by the fact it's not "if" but "when" the console would brick itself. But as it stands, there are all of 2 games I'd actually want to play on 360. And if RE5 is like DMC4 with a no option install to play bull#####, I'd say the 360 version would be the one to get, I'd STILL not get a 360.
Besides, I have no doubt the Wii will see a port of some sort of RE5. RE4 sold too well not too.
