No, you can access it by beating Easy. No way in HELL can I beat Hard. I can manage on Normal, though, and got to the last level. So far I've only really beaten Easy. However, I've unlocked both the original and Super Contra, some characters, etc., and I'm well on my way to most other content. If you beat Easy, you unlock Challenge Mode, which is how you get the bonus stuff. Hard is not necessary.
Anyway, I like the 2 screens but I do know what you mean by how hard it is to watch for all the bullets. In comparison to other platformers that used both screens, like Sonic Rush and Yoshi's Island DS, it does a much better job.

1) Super Mario World 2) Super Mario Bros. 3 3) Super Mario 64 (DS) 4) Super Mario Galaxy 5) Super Mario Sunshine
I consider 2D and 3D Mario games to be entirely different series, just as Mario Kart is entirely different from Mario Party. I think it's best if everyone thought like that, and I'd resort to genocide to enforce it.
Anyway, I grew up on Super Mario World. I started gaming on SNES and got NES after that, and even then, I was only borrowing the system (NES) and had to give it back after a year. Even though I had Super Mario All-Stars + World, I always played World the most. It solidified my interest in gaming.
Next to World, I played SMB3 the most on All-Stars. It was a lot more complex than the others but still remained so very simple, and I liked that. At that age I couldn't handle The Lost Levels, and I got bored of SMB1 what with 3 and World available. I hated SMB2. I just didn't like the game, that's all.

Definitely made a great discovery today.
When you play two instances of "Sweet Child o' Mine" offset by exactly 2 seconds, it sounds wicked. A friend and I were messing around with tons of songs on our iPods, sharing one ear bud from each pair of headphones on both iPods. We were mixing songs and seeing which combinations sounded cool, and for some reason we both played SCoM but offset it a bit and realized how perfect it works.
Try it. I'm personally using WinAmp + iTunes to accomplish the task.

Buy the moon and live there. We'd all be able to see you man! : D
You can't live on the moon it has a face, there's a giant tree on top, and it's really a giant robot!
Nope, only Mars and Mercury are robots, and even then, they're just robotic battleships that battle and stuff. Swollen Eyeball said so.

Bad choice of wording - I didn't have enough room in the thread title to express what I meant, and I still don't really have the right words to do so. Mainly because I normally don't think too highly of these games, but I'm talking more like next-gen 3D games that already made their name on consoles.
And I didn't say I think Assassin's Creed DS will be good, I know absolutely nothing about it as of right now. However, I see nothing wrong with the console version.

I was among the first to get Call of Duty 4 DS when it came out if only because my younger brother is quite literally obsessed with the series on XBOX. I was really interested in seeing how a true FPS would be handled on the DS, and was very pleased with the result.
The graphics were top-notch, especially the first (second, I guess) level out at sea on the rainy ship. Not only was the environment slowly rocking, but it was raining, there was lightning, and it all looked great.
I've never been one to let graphics "make" my game, but in this case, they played quite a major part in how much I liked it. On top of it, they were very successful in "pioneering" the FPS genre for DS. Although it took a little while to get used to, it was done just right and it made for a great game. Appropriate touch-screen usage, too.
I'm also well aware of Dementium, and I have played it, and that game, too, made good use out of the FPS genre on DS. It ran quickly and well, but it was a bit cheesy and had the same problem as Doom 3 - flashlight OR gun, but never both. Still a decent game.
Now, with titles like Assassin's Creed coming just within the next two months, it's really nice to see that more effort is being put into the larger, more reputable hardcore games of the console generations and their conversions to the DS format. Hell, PSP didn't even get a Call of Duty 4 game.
I'm really interested in Assassin's Creed, though. No information or screenshots have been revealed yet, and it's due for release February 2nd.

Nope, believe me I have tried and tried again. I still have the old save data on the other hard drive, but my younger brother has since claimed it, filled it with over 48 hours worth of COD4 data, and would whine if I took it back. I'd rather replay through the game than go out and buy a memory card. So, yeah, basically, we now own two 360's due to a long 4 months of problems concerning the Red Ring of Death in which we gave up and bought a new one, intending to sell the old one when it returned, and other crazy antics that led to my very own 360.

I have no sense of smell... so I have absolutely no basis on choosing shampoo other than the results I can feel.
Which means, I might find the greatest shampoo ever... except it smells like #####. And I would never know.
Trust me, I don't take hair-care this seriously, since it's starting to sound like I do. I just buy Head & Shoulders, then I use it. Not much thinking involved.

No Wii software can access the SD Card directly... it's just for temporary storage. You need to transfer a stored save file OFF of the SD and back onto the Wii HD if you want to play from it.
It bugs me, really. Quite a bit. I'm also scared about the VC Games, because apparently they're registered DIRECTLY to your individual Wii, so if the console is damaged, you need to go through a bunch of crap on the phone with Nintendo to get the rights back to everything you bought.
