Did this a few weeks ago, I had to create a booklet cover for our school's orchestra. I was originally stummped on an idea and just drew a square, and then built up on that. If I could fix it I'd add an extra string on it since it'd make more sense.

I'm currently playing the beta for Resistance 2, once it closes on the 30th I'll be sad because I'm only saving up enough money for Little Big Planet =(. The 8 player Co-Op is my favorite part of the beta, fighting thousands of monsters.
I was impressed by Fallout 3 from the E3 trailer but I haven't played the past games. I'd want to play it as an RPG though it looks too easy if you can just automatically select the head when attacking, then again I'm not exactly sure how the RPG elements work in the game.

The shrimp has a cool silhouette.
I loved it, and the german(?) octopus (with an ak 47?)
WELL DONE. I dont see at all how it wouldn't be a children's book!

I've been really excited about LBP since I saw it at the last E3. My tablet can hook up to the PS3 so the drawing part of the game seems neat if it can work out that way; but besides that the creation seems way fun, and games with customization keep me playing nonstop.

Thanks! I did this last week, I was supposed to create a brochure of the world during the 1920s for my english class. I stole the color scheme from the last design I showed because I could'nt think of anything at the time, though I'm showing it since I thought the design looked ok. This was resized by about 90% so the quality isn't the greatest. Posted on: 1 May 2008, 06:56:37
Haven't done any creative work over this summer, I think too many distractions kinda killed by creativity haha. We were supposed to make a cover for our graphics class so here's mine. http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/816/graphicsclasssofarcovertd2.jpg

I downloaded the demo for SWtFU last week. Played it just for about 5 minutes, it's okay.
TBH the only Star Wars game I've played and owned in my life was Podracer on the N64.

Played and finished MGS4. Kinda sick of the hype though, I have a friend who bought MGS4 without ever playing a Metal Gear game because he kept hearing the talk about how its the best game ever made. Now he says its the best game ever and could care less about the other games. The game was way more fun than I had imagined. MGS3 and MGS4 are a close tie for me, though the 4th game overall had more options to play stealth-like.

With the DS I'd take high quailty sprites over polygons any day. (doesn't mean I dont enjoy some 3d graphics on the DS) Even though I didnt like FFTA2 too much, for me the backgrounds and sprites were some of the best I've seen on the DS.
There ARE some good looking 3d games on the DS though. The pre-rendered cut scenes will obviously look great as well.
Putting graphics talk aside I hope IV is a lot better than III. I think I'll give this game a try as a friend is going to get it.

I thought the customization was fun in A2 but that was all, eventually I got tired of the game and returned it.
I didn't think there was even any strategy in the game, I found myself having more fun with Advance Wars.
