Yeah, I was coming here just to post it too.
I know it's not Bass.exe, but why did they have to give him a cape like he is? I can just hear someone joining and going all "omg bass.exe is in it". I'm assuming at the least, that X and Classic will be connected somehow, like a time warp or something that isn't canon. Like how Tatsunoko vs Capcom has no effect on the X series with Zero's story.

This reminds me of that time I was watching episodes of DBZ on Youtube before they got taken down. Is that also stealing? I guess everyone should go buy the DVDs if they want to support their favorite TV show. I feel different with game music. Even if people are selling the Original Soundtrack, it still doesn't change the fact that it's a game that will always have it's music ripped for free use. For actual songs that I enjoy from bands I actually like, I head to iTunes. Besides, the quality is usually good there. I'm not saying I'm entitled to the music, but $12 for an entire album from a $10 game is absurd. I know you're not targeting me, but I'm just adding a defense. I don't pay for game music. That's like having to pay $0.99 just to hear the Super Mario Bros. theme (I wouldn't be surprised if it's on iTunes too).

Just wanted to make a comment: I'm definitely not playing Scott Pilgrim VS The World, although I wish I was. Just saw a few videos and this game looks awesome. Too bad I don't have a 360.
That soundtrack is AMAZING.
I love seeing all those video game references. There's a rainbow road in the game, and I got a TMNT 2 Stage 1 vibe in the 2nd stage.

And if you want to yell at me about not recognizing what a fun game Mega Man X6 actually is, I’ll pretend to believe you! I had to personally laugh at that, because on the ol' Atomic-Fire forums (before it closed down obviously), there were a group of members who ACTUALLY BELIEVED X6 was the best Mega Man X game of the series.

It's kinda cool I guess, but this is really nothing special coming from me, seeing as I don't really have a problem with becoming detached from celebrity media and such.
It's a coincidence that we all don't know who he is, but the funny part is that I've never even HEARD of the movies you mentioned. But like I said, coming from me, that's nothing special.

I'm butting in for 1 comment.
That's what "gamer" should mean. I would like to call myself a gamer without people being so judgmental. But the truth is people associate "gamers" to whiny teens on their Xbox screaming over Halo 3 because someone stole their kill, got sniped, and tea bagged.
I know it's really stupid, mainly because it's pretty much the equivalent of seeing someone with glasses is reading a comic book, and then assuming they're into anime and Star Trek.

I wouldn't say this is interesting. This dumb crap has happened before. It's the generic [Stupid person kills/steals for the video games and consoles] news.
At least one of them I heard was cool, where a PS3 owner got defensive and stabbed the thief with a samurai sword.

I wouldn't know, but apparently... he's the same as he was in his other movies, and people are pretty much greatly enjoying the scenes where he gets punched in the face.

I check it out too. This place might come back, but who knows. And finally, the fact that "the internet" has pretty much become "YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Wikipedia" means sites like this are all doomed.
I know what you mean. I've always had this small dream to eventually build a website of my own, and maybe make it almost like a social network dedicated to gaming. But I'm constantly thinking at the same time, "Why bother? Everybody goes on Facebook for their news feed nowadays. Making a website would be pointless." Unless you're trying to make money. In fact, every time I say something along the lines of "Yeah, I saw it on Facebook" on this board, it saddens me.

Oh hi there. I hated Barney (and nearly every kid around me said likewise), and I watched a ton of Muppet Babies.
Also, Nick Jr. didn't have anything good until Blues Clues, and I came from a home where I wasn't allowed to watch Pee Wee.

I highly doubt it'll do better than Inception, though. Inception was... more accessible. This is a VERY NARROWLY AIMED film targeted SPECIFICALLY for people of our generation who don't mind a silly movie like this.
It all makes sense now. Your generation.
I knew all that Barney had to have some effect on you later.
I think ASR was aiming more specifically to Nickelodeon.
I am an hour away from this spawn...
Funny how only the Floridian Matricians have spoken up so far (aside from TheOnly).
It sounds productive, but it's just very strange. In fact, even strategically it's strange.
Disregard that. They are trying to target only Latina teenage female girls.
yeah okay right

I watched it on a computer with a lack of audio, and I honestly couldn't tell anything from it.
If they had some random nonsense like a hippo doing a backflip, it wouldn't make any difference.
Except for the fact that ASR would think the HungryHungryHippos are going to cameo.

X6 is also what pretty much created plotholes and ruined the Zero and X storylines.
I can completely ignore the story when I listen to the music anyway, which is all it's good for.
I could at least follow X6, even though it was definitely pulled out of the anus. Haven't played X7, but I do exactly that with X8, since nothing makes ANY sense.
