If you have a timer, you can start and stop the time, no matter who started it originally.

Not to mention the use of strapping it to a bomb.

I mainly didn't want anyone digging up pitfall seeds though.

But anyway, even though me and Annie are the only one's playing the game, I wanted to use this day to let anyone else raid my town before I sold the fruit, furniture, etc.

Every game is a complete waste of time.

But let's not go down that road, I know what you mean.
1814  Non-MegaMan / Non-MegaMan Games / Re: Animal Crossing: City Folk on: 16 February 2009, 15:21:20
I just finished putting fruit trees all over my town and letting them grow to a certain amount. Basically, I've organized my town to where I can pick all my fruit at one time and roll in a lot of dough.

I'm re-opening my town today. It'll be a tiny little ACCF party.

Gates will open at 2 PM EST, since I'm in Florida, and will close at 7 PM EST.

Only rules:

1) Do not bring any shovels.
2) Do not bring any axes.
3) Do not bring a timer.
4) Do not purchase any shovels, axes, or timers at Nookingtons you twat.
5) If you could please, try to avoid walking on grass and trampling flowers.

Other than that, go nuts. I mean it. You can take anything you see (except my furniture). Purchase anything from Nooks. If you want anything ordered, I'll order and send it to you for the price Nook asks, and send it to your house (if it's in my catalog). Any furniture I already bought will be outside Nook's shop for the taking. I'll have a timer to have a small fishing/bug catching tournament if there are enough people in town. The winner will get free furniture from my house (upper floor), possibly money too.

Sano, Nova, Snare, and Ikeoko are invited, since the rest of you lot don't have the game, so beat it.
1815  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: Chaos Creations on: 16 February 2009, 15:02:20
[Insert Complaints here]

Personally, when I'm running the register, I try to aim for accuracy. When you ask for nothing on it, I basically remove every condiment that's not charged (like lettuce, tomato, ketchup, etc. They're all free). Everything else I assume you want unless specified, like bacon and cheese.

I did work with some bum who assumed "a cheeseburger with nothing on it" meant no cheese too (which I think is dumb logic, you might as well get rid of the bun as well).

You probably had someone who didn't know what they were doing.

Or they were new.

In which case, if it was the latter, you're a jerk.

But anyway, I thought Sano could be somewhere else in the game, like a punching bag, but if he's that much wanted, I can consider him. I have an idea of a stage, but as for a boss, I dunno.

Today, went with Annie to Orlando for some place called Medieval Times.

I don't consider it the first date because it was more of a thing for her birthday, but it was still cool. You watched a tournament while eating food with your hands. There's no silverware.

Our team was blue. You had Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, Black & White, and Yellow & Red because apparently, they don't know the existence of other colors there.

Red was the champion.

Pretty neat day.

So my day.

Last night I got a bunch of mail but I threw it aside because I was tired from work. This morning, before going to work, I was cleaning my room.

I looked at the mail.

There was a bubble-wrapped package.

I opened up the bubble-wrapped package.

I smiled because the bubble-wrap popped as I was opening the bubble-wrapped package.

I reached into the bubble-wrapped package.

I grabbed ahold of the object inside the bubble-wrapped package.

I pull-

"GET ON WITH IT."

... I GOT A MEGA MAN 9 PRESS KIT.

I WILL POST PICTURES SOONISH.

Then I went to work doing a tiring 6-hour shift, and went to Annie's house for a Happy Valentine's Birthday.

And now I have a date.

Woot.

1825  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Re: What's your dream car? on: 14 February 2009, 12:31:34
Realistically, I like the car I have now. A 2003 Toyota Corolla.

Only thing bad is the driver's side door won't open. I gotta go through the passenger's side door and open it from the inside.

But otherwise, I'd want this. Or something like this. I dunno. Maybe a something from Mario Kart.

You get the general idea. Totally unrealistic.

Wouldn't hurt to have a Shagohod either.

EDIT: I apologize. That image was way bigger than it should've been.

Seriously. I'm really sorry man.
1827  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: Chaos Creations on: 14 February 2009, 05:53:17
Actually, CV should be making these up, because I have no idea if he had an intended order for them.

I pretty much am, but I'm open for suggestions and ideas.

Anyway, that spot is for vets only. As you can see the arrangement, the 4 corners are for the somewhat newish but known members, while the other 4 are for widely known or vets of MMM.

With that said, you can't be in Annie.

EDIT: Of course, that's just for the boss select screen. You can still be in by having a cameo or somewhere in the game itself.
1828  Non-MegaMan / Any Other Business? / Today is a special day! on: 14 February 2009, 05:23:27
Today is Valentine's Day.

Yeah, it is. Believe it.

But it's much more than that, because there's something else goin' on today.

Check it.

That's right. Happy Birthday Ikeoko!

Let's use this thread to talk about our Valentine's and things that happened today, while celebrating Annie's B-Day.

Now, before I continue, I gotta share some of my posts made about this day last year:

This is my "Scrooge" Holiday.

I've received the same thing. Candy, and pieces of paper that say "You're #1", "Be mine", "I love you", "Be my Valentine", etc. It's boring. It makes me feel no different or special whatsoever when I get them. They're just filler for the trash can.

It's the same thing. Every year. The only way it'll ever change is if you actually DO have someone you love or a secret admirer who really shows it. Heck, roses are a nice change of pace, or maybe a hand-written letter... not some bag of cards you bought at Wal-Mart. Now that I mention it, I should've kept some of the cards got. Maybe somewhere on it, it says "Made in China".

Yeah, you get what I'm saying. Nothing special. It's just a regular day, same old thing.

That's why it's my "Scrooge" day. I don't hate it downright, but the fact that someone who doesn't know me at all suddenly hands me a random card means nothing to me, therefore, I yell "BAH HUMBUG!"

Now here's the best part: Even though Scrooge hated Christmas, he loved it in the end. Funny, because now I love this day.  ;)

Alright, I'm done being mushy for now. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

I can do a masterful job with voices and expressing myself vocally.

But coming up with jokes would take me a while, since I'm not much of a note taker and I forget things.

Your facial expression can be part of it. Ex: Obnoxious yelling then a transition to a wide grin. Very useful when telling a story and you want your characters in it animated or have their own role.

And I honestly can't tell you where I heard the Wal-Mart joke. I dont know if it was that exactly, but it just sounds like it was done before somewhere.
1833  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: AyEsArt - [2/12/09 - My Stand-Up Comedy] on: 13 February 2009, 03:48:01
It was in my general psychology class.

I don't wanna derail the subject of ASR's stand-up, but this was the video shown in class.

It was interesting.
1834  MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: AyEsArt - [2/12/09 - My Stand-Up Comedy] on: 13 February 2009, 03:43:04
Re-watching it.

Just to be a smart-alec (yeah I know you've done that joke and my name's not Alec but shut up), I just learned today about synesthesia. It's actually QUITE possible to "smell sound".

And good job with the Wal-Mart bit, but I agree with Mike, it sounds... familiar.

EDIT: omg stop replyin

I need to re-watch it again to hear some of the jokes, but if you need any constructive criticism, you're too stiff. You need to move around and do something. Your voice can probably help that out.

Just don't be like Dane Cook. I'm sure that's given though.

But from what I saw, you did good. Probably would be better than my first, second, or third try.

I act like nothing of the sort.

But I'm pretty sure I thought of WIND being green long before YuGiOh came out. Nature itself, such as grass and wind, spells out a green element to me.

I really don't see how purple correlates to WIND, and that matches a DARK element better, and white is closer to a light than it is to air.

And air isn't white at all either.
