Funny that I thought I could outrun a thunderstorm heading towards me with winds at 78km/h!
Apparently someone got hit by a branch, so I was lucky. I DID check a few times to make sure nothing was flying at me, but then I got mobbed by tiny things being whipped around.
I was leaning on a 45 degree angle at one point. It was awesome. Everyone in their car was like "ARE YOU #####ING CRAZY" and I'm like "YEAAAAH"
Except they didn't, because they didn't want to roll down their windows. But I know what they were thinking.
Every time I say "roll down your window" I wonder if it's an obsolete phrase and I wonder if people around me will understand me.

I don't think I posted this before, but if I did, it was definitely before the MBoard was reset. So I guess it's worth posting again. Centre of the UniverseBecause... because Kamelot. I think this is the most emotionally moving of any fast-paced song I've heard. If you don't agree, though, I do welcome you to show me one better! And that's not a challenge. It's a welcome.

I don't think Abe's around currently. Or any of the mods.
I only posted in that one bot thread because most people didn't seem to recognize that it was a bot, and I was pushing to say it aloud and make people think about it. I'm not understanding the continued fascination.

I mean, how else could you explain why they're both the same kind of really, really bad? Her songs are years apart from his one song that I've heard, and I mean that literally. I'm not actively thinking of some old song that I never liked or listened to in the previous decade and Miley Cyrus didn't exactly remind me of him. You only make that kind of connection when you realize they're related... well, at least I don't. Not trying to make a big deal of this, anyway. Something about saying someone's body is "OFF THE CHAIN" is awesomely funny to me. I keep expelling retarded post after retarded post, I know...

I'm always coming up with warped interpretations! I thought ASR was talking about going outside and still hearing the birds chirping (as in the sounds from the game) and saying that was a symptom.

Okay, firstly, you didn't know Miley CYRUS's father was Billy Ray CYRUS?
Second of all, you didn't know Miley CYRUS's father was Billy Ray CYRUS?
You're making a mistake in assuming I knew the guy's name. I was looking at "hit songs" from the 90s, his name popped up next to the song, and I was like "Whoa." But yeah, pop culture no...

OH BY THE WAY!
Today I learned that Miley Cyrus is the daughter of that guy who wrote that song where he's like, "DON'T BREAK MY HEART. MY ACHY BREAKY HEART."
Also, that there's apparently at least one chubby woman with short hair and thick glasses who has no tolerance for mentally disabled children, and also seems to think I'm a trained professional babysitter who doesn't deserve a break during his 5+ hour shift.
(Which is the law—at least here in Canada—, for those of you who work without a break.)

Well, I don't care to know how they fought in actual combat. It is very important to know the how and the why of it all. If we know that we can see it coming, if ever it comes again.
Knowing the combat aspects would help adapt someone to a situation where they needed military training, sure. It's always good to know how not to die. But of course, combat tactics aren't limited to WWII. They pertain to other wars and battles as well as logic.

One piece of clothing can't account for the quality of an entire wardrobe!
SIMILARLY, just because one woman rejects you doesn't mean the rest are going to be like that. Rejection isn't so much a waste of time as going out with someone for a while and finding out they never really liked you, anyway.

Yeah, every once in a while I think you may find a good quiz that's really in-depth and detailed. I hate quizzes where you answer like four questions and then it tells you you're some kind of weirdo.
Because I'M NOT a weirdo. I'm not.

We don't technically lose money for showing a movie to someone who hasn't paid. We don't register your admission, so no one ends up paying or being paid for your seeing a movie. If we gave you free admission it would cost us more than letting you just walk in. Of course, that'd be legal. But you know.
So even if you were noticed, nobody cared. But you probably weren't because no one is really paid to try and notice.

This is in the signature; my bet is on a bot.
A troll could just copy a bot's signature, is what I meant. I don't know why they'd do that. But yeah, it's probably a bot.

No idea. I just checked the thing in my old DS to make sure. It looks exactly the same to me.
I even checked the size difference of the screens. And the size of the screen doesn't shrink when I go from the menu to the game.
Anyway: I had been playing Ocarina of Time and had just almost beaten the Water Temple when I realized I needed Din's Fire. When I went to get it, though, the Great Fairy wouldn't appear. I actually restarted my game before it occurred to me that Din's Fire didn't come from the first Great Fairy.
So in somewhere under four hours (I stopped and had dinner for a while between 7 and 11) I've managed to get halfway to getting Biggoron's sword (including having the Iron Boots from going through the Ice Cavern), though I haven't gotten the Forest Medallion yet. I wish I bought the magic beans when I was still a kid, but I can do that soon.
Three hearts, haven't died yet. Phantom Ganon might get me.

Oh! By the way. I was playing New Super Mario Bros. on my DSi today. First time playing it since having it on the original DS. First thing I noticed were the colours on the bright screen that I might have noticed with the light. But I noticed something else as well... if old DS games are taking up the full screen of the DSi, I do not notice any stretchiness at all. Not with the 3D images OR the 2D images. In fact it's all so clear and crisp. I was pleasantly surprised.

I figured it required doing something physical to the computer to make the files accessible under a different operating system. I sent my own computer in for repair last year and they offered to salvage certain files for me before wiping my C drive and re-installing the operating system. I had already figured they were completely lost to me.

I know you're not asking me, but I liked Majora's Mask the first time around, and I find that it's difficult to get into replaying. So much time standing around waiting for certain events to happen.
It's kind of lame because I feel that there are parts in the game really worth playing for. I really liked the last dungeon, for example. But it's like I don't have the patience to go through all the crap and get that far a second time.

Haha, Vinch, notice anything weird yet?
Like the light shining through the crack on the left side of the screen... the battery seemingly pushing out of its case when I haven't even touched it...
Things like that GET to me, you know? Maybe I just got a weird one. But uh, yeah. Beware.
I like everything else about it, though. Camera is better quality than I expected, too.
