MegaMan Matrix / The Creation Station / Re: The O's Art

I keep thinking this is my thread. I'm so used to being "The O" by default of my name. >_>;
Gervin looks a lot like I'd imagine a friend of mine looking in that style. That's pretty cool.
I like your style, for the most part. It has a sketchy, "street art" quality to it that I dig. My only real complaint is how generic it is, but that's easily fixed by picking bits up from that whole "drawing from life" thing that Mike was talking about.
The proportion's a little weird on some of them (specifically noting Cloud's arm), but you've got an idea of the basics, and a good start. Just keep going with it, but remember to look and see where you're not entirely happy with things, and then fix them until you are (or as close as humanly possible to).

Worked 9 to 4.
Went home.
Walked in the rain to get groceries.
Came home.
Went to get soda and jerky.
Came home. Discovered that Bear likes jerky.
Walked to Rite Aide. Got caught in downpour on the way, got back home just as the lightning and thunder hit. Bear ignored the jerky.
I'm full-time now, looking at a second job prospect (on top of this one).
We'll see.

Half dollar coins rock. Next to other for size comparison.
Jesus, your hands are huge. That half-dollar coin is about the same as a quarter to my hands.

Music, friends and food all make me happy.
Snuggling right after I wake up on days I don't have to rush off makes me happy.
Watching seasons change makes me happy.
Laying on the grass and watching clouds makes me happy.
Contemplating the finer / more obscure details of life and the science that makes it possible makes me happy.
Fractals make me insanely happy.
Sitting in trees makes me happy.
Acting makes me happy.
Ribbons make me happy.
Penguins make me happy.
All cute animals make me happy.
All obscurely-kind-of-ugly-cute animals make me happy.
Lovecraft, Poe and Emily Dickenson make me happy.
Reading in general usually makes me happy.
Painting makes me happy.
Cooking makes me happy.
Puzzles make me happy.
Walking in the woods makes me happy.
Swimming in the creek makes me happy.
Beating people in obscure contests makes me happy.
The Dragon Accountant* makes me happy.
Goat-milk cheese makes me happy.
I'm pretty easy to make happy, but those are some of my special ones. :3
* The Dragon Accountant is something I'll have to show you all later.

My mother and I went foodshopping today since Ray and I misplanned our budget this month.
Worked noon to four thirty.
The sun came out while I was waiting for the bus.
Oh, GOD it felt so GOOD. There's been snow and cold and clouds all around here lately, but sitting in the sun, it felt WARM and PLEASANT. I didn't really want to get up when the bus came. ._.;

"Super Mario"
A man who works in tubes, eats mushrooms, swims, spits fire and sometimes becomes part raccoon and flies on his way to fight a giant turtle who has stolen his chief's daughter, occasionally with help from his brother and a large, green lizard tribe called the Yoshis who let people ride on them. From a story told by a special moving-picture thing. Allergies. (It's only not fun if you let people ruin it for you, guys. Get back up on that rock!)

I had a dream where a bunch of people from various forums were trying to keep me from escaping a city with a giant stuffed bear.
It was very odd.
Last night, I dreamed that I was being chased by an animate stack of McDonald's trays about eight feet tall. ._.

The only thing I don't enjoy about subway is their price.
Also, I have a can of chipotle peppers in my cabinet that I've been looking to get rid of. I mean, Chipotle is fine and dandy, but it's the new taste sensation lately, and it's not even that new.
Working in fast food, I've lost a taste for anything burger-related, and fries are going fast (which sucks, because we don't have side salads at my location).
And chicken nuggets. They're greasy, soggy and get stale quickly.
I need something I can make quickly, easily and inexpensively that even a picky eater will eat, preferably of nutritional value, and NOT Hamburger Helper.

I only have Nightmares when I'm really sick. Which is rare.
I've only had two nightmares that I remember. One involved saving a town from flooding and meteors, and another involved being stuck in a lake with an underwater sawmill with an exposed saw. My feverdreams are usually very strange, but rarely nightmarish (except the superreal ones I have about work).

I <3 burritos. I will never </3 burritos. BURRRRIIIIIITOOOOOOSSSSSS. Alternately, I love to make and eat Japanese food (though, it's harder to do that lately, as Ray doesn't eat much rice or a lot of vegetables. D: ) I also heartily enjoy tofu/chocolate chip cookies and honey-garlic chicken. Did I mention that I absolutely cannot live without big, fat, soft noodles in curry? I also love rosemary mashed potatoes. With the exception of lamb, veal, raw meat (fish or otherwise), crab or mussels, I'll usually eat whatever's put in front of me, if it's edible and delicious. Parsnips. :D
