I'm sure someone's talked about Brutal Legend already. I can't wait for that game to come out. I love the whole Battle of the Bands idea and I've watched a few videos about it and it seems like that concept was the original basis of the game, but that in production it took a backseat to the single player campaign stuff. But at least you know they've put some thought into it. Of course, anything Double Fine puts it out, I eat up anyway. And Jack Black fits like a glove in all the cutscenes I've cutseen, just like Richard Horowitz in Pschonauts. Woo!

My new animation prof is cool and said it looks like I'm on the right track with my film, which is I wish I could double underline great.
But we don't want to look gaudy, now. I now have a blog, myspace, facebook, and twitter. And they're all sync'd. I think that's a pretty productive day right there. Oh, and I did a little chapter reading or whatever. But school is of no consequence to me when I am NETWORKING! |

That would really be the coolest thing ever. I have a box full of crap - er, I mean.. well.. crap - that I would love to just open up and send all over the place. I'll draw, handstamp, write, sign a photograph, etc. I just want some genuine correspondence that comes from the heart! Because that's what it all comes down to. The heart, man! The heart!

College has been great for the most part, but that probably has to do with the fact that I'm only about a week and a half in. But I really like living where I do and I've met a lot of cool people. This weekend I'm driving back home to see my friend's band and for a birthday... and I guess to see my family too. Haha.
Today's been pretty grand =)

Aceyalone's been groovin me out lately, as well as Ryan Leslie, who happens to be one of the most talented - and certainly one of the smartest - musicians on earth. Other notable hip hop interests this season have been my Graduation album, Consequence, and Mos Def and his newest CD The Ecstatic - some good stuff.
On the metal side, there's been a lot of local bands I love that are getting bigger, but there's also Underoath, August Burns Red, The Chariot, and Enter Shikari. Mmmmmmmetal.
And I always take time out for some Sufjan. He's masterful.
Oh, and hello peoples.

The Uninvited was pretty great. Had a killer twist. Made my stomach turn! I recommend it. Also, there are cuties abound in that movie. And by abound I mean, like, three. But you see them a lot! So you know. You have that going for it.
