When this happens in Firefox, you have to have been visiting MMM when it was randomly down, and you were coming from Youtube. ...

However, for IE, I don't know how that can happen.

Yeah, I have had that happen to me several times. In fact lots of my book marks oddly have either MSN logos on them or Red dwarf ones. Then if I feel like it, I just right click the properties and fix them.
