Title: Actually, two major enough X series games subjects
Post by: Danny on 4 December 2007, 05:36:40
So, you guys, that first I'm wondering of how to first get X and second get Zero up to their top hunter ranks in MMX5, huh ????  Also, that these two are nearly the only ones online talking about it, let alone in detail: one, SOTNightBoat and his Ranking System Guide - http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/game/258931.html ;); and two, Joey and his "Hint: Rank PA:" bit - http://www.gamewinners.com/playstation/RockmanX5.htm :); and that also, even with both of those guys' help and also I not cheating with the game either, that I'm having trouble with first getting X past GA and second getting Zero past PA :-\.  Also, second, that do any of you guys know if that anyone has truly been able to actually prove or disprove one way or another this one for MMX4 - http://www.freewebs.com/megamansecrets/secrets.htm, huh friends ;)?  Otherwise, that I do truly hope that you guys will be able to help out me and others with these two certain X series games subjects, and that I'll be checking back later on. >Danny<

Uhhh....er....i'm sure the X4 thing is fake.

X4 deal is tested and proven wrong. It doesn't exist at all.

As far as the first bit... Too much text and waaaay too long since I last played X5 seriously to help you out there.

I wouldn't care enough about the X5 thing to help, myself.
You're basically trying to max your rank as fast as you can? There's not really more to it than what you've already heard from others.

The X4 thing would be cool were it real.
But it seems a lot like the traps people passed around about older games (and SB just totally said it wasn't real).

Title: Other problem solved ;)

There you go, you guys; that that should help out you guys at least a little bit, huh :)?

Oh, that just with me finally shortening down considerably that first post of mine here ;).

Your grammar is difficult to interpret correctly.
I'm still not sure what it is you're trying to say exactly.

... you modified your first post to make it shorter, and that's why you helped?

Were we complaining? I missed that.

I did.

Title: I truly hope that that helps :\
Post by: Danny on 5 December 2007, 04:29:59
Well, that besides just trying to shorten it down again, that I had also tried to clear it up more so to simply make it easier to understand; and that also, just in case, if that it isn't even now, that the first one was, simply put, "Do you guys have any other tips on how to get X and Zero's top hunter ranks in Megaman X5?", and that the second one, no doubt, that you guys had already gotten that one ;D.  >Danny<

I mean no disrespect with these next questions but:

Is English your first language, and

How old are you?

I'm fairly certain that didn't answer my questions, though I admittedly didn't make it through much of your content, as your 'writing style' hurts my eyes.

I was asking for your age or primary language because I figured if you were very young or not a native English speaker I would cut you some slack. At this point, I have no idea.

Yes, it did answer it; it says that I'm 26 years old and it's already obvious by now that I do speak English, thank you :-\.

Yes, but is English your NATIVE language?

Did you recently learn English?

It doesn't say on your site.

To be fair, I didn't look very hard.

Yeah, that it also says that I live here in New Mexico, USA ::).

Okay, that should be all I need to know... even if saying you live in NM doesn't actually tell me anything about your native language.

There a folks who live up in MN with me who speak Swahili as their native language.

Anyway, a word of advice:

English is not your strong suit. I'm willing to venture a guess that you haven't gotten the response from the community you were looking for because you're posts are difficult to read.

If you don't polish your skills, I can assure you that communication around here will be frustrating for all parties involved.

The fact of people being young and/or not english being their first languges doesn't mean they type idiotically. I am in both of that factors. I may say nonsenses very often but not typing that way.

Of course not every person of that description fits into the stereotype. There are millions of foreigners that are just as fluent in English as any well educated American. Look at Abe, he's Scottish, and he types very well (Hey-Oh!) .

However, you're certainly more prone to typing and conversing incoherently if you're a younger child, unfamiliar with the English language, or worse, both. You might even say nonsenses, as you so delicately put it, slugkid.

You don't have to be educated to know English as well as "most Americans".
I can say that since I'm American, and I know my compatriots.

because you're posts
Edge...
J/K

Anyway, Slugkid. We're only making a fuss because we're having difficulty interpreting what this guy is saying.
We generally don't have a problem with it if you're a bit young or speak another natural language by default, but we do like to know what someone is saying.

And in is blog. But I think he maybe didn't mean to put the  ??? emoticon on his edited first post, he just typed ? four times. Maybe.

The stuff about X4 is already known knowledge. In fact it was known almost 10 years ago or so.

No, it's unknown knowledge.

I don't understand why someone would post a link to their weblog when they could just post "26, and yes it is my native language" instead.

But I'm not 26, so...

X4 thing is true, I've done it a few times actually.

(I had to slightly modify this)
: Neoseeker.com
To get Ultimate X or Black Zero you must do this. [at the character select screen.]

Ultimate X-[Move the cursor on X and] press O, O, Left 6x, Hold L1 and R1, then press Start.

Black Zero- [Move the cursor on Zero and] hold R1, press Right 6x, release all buttons, hold O, and press start.
