You should have GateMan, Wind and Fan chips in there, so you can have the ultimate Gater PA.

yeah i would but gateman v2 isnt available for fighting until i beat the mother computor scenario. anything else i sould add or take out?

Use Gateman V1, the Program Advance works with any Gateman chip and it's pretty much the most useful P.A. you'll use in the story mode. And it will help you leaps and bounds against the final boss of the game.
